No. 46). An interior material using such a foamed polyurethane sheet is desirable because it has excellent soundproofing properties and moldability, but it has low rigidity and poor stability of the molded shape. Therefore, a glass fiber layer is usually laminated to reinforce the foamed polyurethane sheet.

It is manufactured by mixing a binder such as natural rubber, an oligomer, a prepolymer, or a monomer and curing the mixture to form a block, and slicing the block into a thin plate. As the synthetic resin, oligomer or prepolymer as the binder, the same synthetic resin or synthetic resin precursor impregnated in the soft polyurethane foam sheet is used, and as the synthetic rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber or acrylonitrile is used. -Butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, chloropyrene rubber, isoprene rubber and the like are used. The cork corrugated material further includes plastic foam such as polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, fiber knitted woven fabric, non-woven fabric, plastic sheet such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and the like, and fibers. May be mixed. Further, the cork layer may be impregnated with the same synthetic resin as that used as the binder, a synthetic resin precursor, and / or a viscoelastic substance such as asphalt or pitte.

Adhesives such as hot melt sheets and ordinary adhesives are used to bond the soft foamed polyurethane sheet and the cork layer, but the soft foamed polyurethane sheet and the synthetic resin or synthetic resin impregnated in the cork layer are used. The above-mentioned adhesive is not indispensable because the precursor and the like exude during pressing and play a role of an adhesive.

Further, the molding is to cure the synthetic resin or the synthetic resin precursor impregnated in the soft foamed polyurethane sheet or the cork layer together with molding, but as a curing means, a curing agent,
Water, water vapor, heat, light or electromagnetic waves, or a combination thereof. More specifically, for example, a means for hot pressing a soft polyurethane foam sheet impregnated with the synthetic resin or the synthetic resin precursor, the soft foam polyurethane sheet after adding a curing agent to the synthetic resin or the synthetic resin precursor. Impregnated in and cold-pressed at room temperature, or hot-pressed to heat-cure, soft foamed polyurethane sheet impregnated with the above synthetic resin is contacted with a curing agent, water, steam, etc. and cold-pressed at room temperature. Or a means for hot-setting by hot pressing, a means for irradiating light, an electromagnetic wave or the like on the soft foamed polyurethane sheet impregnated with the synthetic resin or the like and cold pressing or hot pressing.

用を行なう。The flexible foamed polyurethane sheet can be molded because the shapeability is imparted by impregnating a curable substance such as a synthetic resin or a synthetic resin precursor. However, the soft foamed polyurethane sheet alone lacks rigidity and is inferior in molding shape stability. The cork layer is lightweight but has rigidity. Therefore, the flexible foamed polyurethane sheet is reinforced by attaching the cork layer to one side or both sides, and the molding shape stability is greatly improved. Further, since the cork layer contains air, the cork layer acts as a sound absorber together with the soft polyurethane foam sheet.

Molded into an automobile ceiling shape with a press pressure of 3 kg / cm 2 using a hot press at the mold surface temperature of. The MDI impregnated in the soft polyurethane foam sheet and the cork layer is cured by the curing and hot pressing, and at the same time, the soft polyurethane foam sheet and the cork layer are exuded by the pressing pressure and adhere to each other. After molding, a clear lacquer is applied to the surface of the cork layer on the surface side to obtain a molded ceiling (1) for an automobile as shown in FIG. In the molded ceiling (1) shown in the figure, (2) is a soft polyurethane foam sheet, (3) is a cork layer, and (4) is a clear lacquer coating layer.

Let The above-mentioned cork layer is polymerized on one side of the above soft polyurethane foam sheet, and the pressure is 3 kg / by cold press at room temperature while irradiating ultraviolet rays.
It is formed into a car ceiling shape in cm 2 for 5 minutes. The photo-curable acrylic oligomer impregnated in the soft polyurethane foam sheet and the cork layer is cured during press molding by the ultraviolet irradiation, and similarly exudes from the soft polyurethane polyurethane sheet and cork layer by pressing pressure. And glue them together. After molding, a non-woven fabric as a covering material is attached to the surface of the soft polyurethane foam sheet via a hot melt sheet to obtain a molded ceiling (11) for an automobile as shown in FIG. In the molded ceiling (11) shown, (12)
Is a soft polyurethane foam sheet, (13) is a cork layer, (14)
Is a non-woven fabric, and (15) is a hot melt sheet.
