In this state, the heater 2 arranged under the heating tank 1 is energized, and the pack P
Is heated via warm water. At this time, moisture absorption is also performed at the same time. At the time of heating, the heater 2 is on / off controlled by a temperature sensor 3 provided in the heating tank 1 and a controller 4 composed of a thermostat, and the hot water in the heating tank 1 reaches a set temperature (for example, about 80 ° C.). To be kept.

In the warmer, a circulation pipe (13) for circulating the liquid in the heating tank is provided in association with the heating tank, and the suction side of the circulation pipe is below the heating tank and the discharge side is the heating tank. A circulation pump (14) is installed in the circulation line so as to be located at the upper part of each, and a heater (2) is attached to the pump discharge side of the circulation line, and drainage is provided to the discharge side of the pump of the circulation line. Connect the pipe (20) to the branch and cut the liquid discharged from the pump at the branch to either the heating tank side or the drain pipe side. A switching valve (21) for replacement is provided.

Even in the pack, it is difficult to make a temperature difference between each part. Further, since the heat applied by the heater is evenly distributed to the corners of the tank, efficient heating can be performed.

The same components as those described in the conventional example are designated by the same reference numerals to simplify the description. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of this invention. As shown in the figure, in this embodiment, a circulation pipe line 13 is provided so as to connect the suction port 11 at the lower part of the heating tank and the discharge port 12 at the upper part of the heating tank. I am wearing. In this way, the suction port 11 is provided in the lower part of the tank 1 and the discharge port 12 is provided in the upper part, so that the warm water of a relatively low temperature in the heating tank can be quickly sucked in without affecting the pack P, and This is to form a series of flows in which the liquid is discharged from the discharge port 12 and passes between the packs P to reach the lower part of the tank 1. Although one suction port 11 and one discharge port 12 are provided in the figure, a plurality of these may be provided. In addition, it is preferable to use a plurality of them in terms of making the temperature in the heating tank 1 uniform.

This is because the pump 14 has a certain weight and is accompanied by vibration, so that no extra force is applied to the wall of the heating tank 1. The circulation pump 14 may be electrically connected to the controller 4 and may be operated only when the heater 2 heats it.

Therefore, the temperature control by the temperature sensor 3 and the thermostat can be performed with high accuracy.

It is difficult to make a difference, and it is difficult to make a temperature difference between each part even in one pack. Further, since the heat applied by the heater is evenly distributed to the corners of the tank, heating can be performed with high thermal efficiency.

By the way, if the heater is installed on the suction side of the pump, the pressure in the suction side pipeline becomes negative when the suction side pipeline is clogged with dust, etc. Is likely to occur, and as a result, the heater may be overheated and burned.
