せたキャップ3とからなり、上記中栓部材の環状底壁11
を把手側が低い傾斜壁で形成させると共に、該環状底壁
の最低部分にドレーン孔21を穿設させ、上記キャップ頂
壁下面に上記第1周壁10上端部を強制着脱が自在に嵌合
した環状溝部24を穿設させて中栓部材2をキャップ3に
仮止め可能に構成するとともに、中栓部材と容器体口頚
部とにキャップ3の螺動下降に伴い中栓部材2を回り止
めして互いに係合する位置決め用の第1及び第2係合手
