(従来技術とその問題点) 従来スクリーン版を用いて、第6図の如く半球状の被印
刷体10に印刷を行う場合、第7図の如く直円筒のパタ
ーン11aを形成したスクリーン版11を用いていたの
で、第8図の如く円筒状の印刷体12しか得られず、ス
クリーン印刷によっては球面状被印刷体への球面状印刷
は行えなかった。

するフォトマスクをフォトエッチング法により成形し、
このフォトマスクを曲面状被印刷体へ被嵌し、通常の方
法で露光・エッチングを行っていた。しかし乍ら、この
方法はスクリーン印刷のようにスキージーを使用できな
いので量産には不適であり、高価になるという問題点が
あった。

(問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、メッシ
ュ上に感光性樹脂膜を塗布し、半球面状被印刷体の中心
部小円形パターンを有する画像フイルムを重ねて第1回
目の焼付けを行い、その上に感光性樹脂膜を塗布し、前
記中心部小円形より幾分大径の同心状円形パターンを有
する画像フイルムを重ねて第2回目の焼付けを行い、更
に順次少し宛大径の同心状円形パターンを焼付け、最後
に現像して内面が階段状半球面を有するスクリーン版を
形成し、該スクリーン版を半球面状被印刷体に被嵌し、
半球面状被印刷体への印刷を行うことができるようなし
たことを特徴とする。

(実施例) 次に第1図乃至第5図に従って本発明方法を順次説明す
る。先ず、第1図スクリーンメッシュ1に1層目感光性
樹脂膜2を塗布する。次いで第2図に示す如く、半球面
状被印刷体10の中心部小円形パターン2aを有する画
像フイルムF1を重ねて第1層目の焼付けを行う。次い
で第3図に示す如く、その上に2層目感光性樹脂膜3を
塗布する。次いで第4図に示す如く、中心部小円形パタ
ーン2aより少し大径の同心状円形パターン3aを有す
る画像フイルムF2を重ね第2層目の焼付けを行う。こ
のようにして更に順次少し宛大径の同心状円形パターン
4a,5aを焼付け、最後に現像して図5の如く、内面
が階段状半球面6を有するスクリーン版7を形成する。

脂膜を塗布し、前記中心部小円形より幾分大径の同心状
円形パターンを有する画像フイルムを重ねて第2回目の
焼付けを行い、更に順次少し宛大径の同心状円形パター
ンを焼付け、最後に現像して内面が階段状半球面を有す
るスクリーン版を形成し、該スクリーン版を半球面状被
印刷体に被嵌し、半球面状被印刷体への印刷を行うこと
ができるようなしているので、スクリーン印刷により曲
面への印刷を行うことができ、従来方法に比べ量産に適
しコストダウンを計ることができる。
