2. Description of the Related Art Generally, in papermaking equipment such as recycled pulp production processing, spoilage paper processing, and waste paper processing, the disintegrated fragments in the raw fiber suspension are disintegrated, and stones, sand, metal fragments, resin In order to remove foreign matter such as pieces and other dust, a screen device is used that is divided into a closed casing with a screen plate having many round holes or slits to partition the screen tail in combination with this screen device. A high-speed disintegrator equipped with an impeller rotating at high speed is known. That is, in the conventional processing system, a machine having a single function such as a round hole screen a, a slit screen b and a high speed disintegrator is generally arranged and used together with a pump d and a chest e as shown in FIG. there were.

However, in this conventional processing system, not only the processing system becomes complicated and the equipment cost becomes high, but also an extra pump, chest, etc. are required, and waste of power is increased. I will end up. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, it has been practiced to use a multi-function machine that allows a single machine to perform the three functions of a round hole screen, a slit screen and a high speed disintegrator. However,
When cleaning or replacing the screen basket when the screen is clogged, it is inconvenient and inferior in workability unless the impeller and strainer are removed. In addition, the size of the strainer and screen basket is large. However, there was a problem that the balance of the equipment could not be changed because the design was fixed and the degree of freedom in design was lost. In addition, the disintegration ability of the undisintegrated paper pieces is insufficient, a large amount of undisintegrated paper pieces are included in the reject from the slit, and another disintegration equipment may be required for the reject processing, resulting in high equipment cost. There was also. The present invention is intended to properly eliminate these conventional drawbacks, and it is possible to increase the selective treatment capacity for separating useful fibers and foreign substances, and moreover, the screen basket can be easily washed and replaced, and the safety can be improved. It is easy to use and has a degree of freedom in design, and the balance between primary dust removal and secondary dust removal can be easily changed depending on the amount and nature of undissolved fragments in the raw material, and the recovery of useful fibers should be greatly improved. The purpose is.

The useful fibers are passed from the strainer 2 to flow, and the foreign matters are separated without passing through the strainer 2 and are removed from the discharge passage 9 to the outside of the system for processing. On the side of the primary dust removal processing chamber 4 where the strainer 2 is located, the raw material fed into the processing chamber 4 by the impeller 6 that rotates in close proximity for wiping the screen surface is given swirling and vortex flow in its rotation direction, which accompanies this. Due to the centrifugal force generated, the heavy foreign matter in the raw material is blown to the outer peripheral wall of the processing chamber 4 and falls into the junk box 7, and the light foreign matter is taken out of the system through the discharge passage 9 in the upper center part, while the strainer 2 After passing through the communication flow path 19, the raw material is sent to the secondary dust removal processing chamber 14 and separated by the screen basket 12, and is led out from the selective raw material outlet 15 through the selective chamber 13 and, if necessary, the reject discharge port 16 A part of the rejects discharged from is returned to the raw material inlet 1 in the circulation flow path 28 and is reprocessed. Further, when the raw material concentration sent from the primary dust removal treatment chamber 4 to the secondary dust removal treatment chamber 14 is high, the dilution water is automatically introduced from the dilution water pipe 20 provided in the communication flow path 19, and the secondary dust remover is introduced. Stabilize 18 operations. Further, when cleaning or replacing the screen basket, the upper cover of the closed casing of the secondary dust removal processing chamber can be removed and taken out of the system, and the workability can be greatly improved.

Incidentally, it is effective that a part of the rejects discharged from the reject discharge port 16 of the secondary dust remover 18 is reprocessed by opening the adjusting valve in the circulation passage 28 and returning it to the raw material passage. In this case, the raw material pressure is increased by the pump action generated by the rotation of the hydrofoil rotor 11 in the dust removal processing chamber 14, and it is possible to circulate a part or all of the reject to the primary dust remover 8.
It is also possible to circulate by using a device having a pumping action, whereby the undisintegrated paper pieces being rejected are disintegrated again by the impeller 6 of the primary dust remover 8 and the useful fibers can be recovered. Further, the strainer 2 installed in the closed casing 3 is preferably a round hole strainer, and the screen basket 12 is preferably combined as a slit screen.
