A suction tool body formed of an upper case and a lower case having a suction port formed on a lower surface thereof, a motor for driving a rotor provided at the suction port, and an actuator which slides in a front-back direction. An actuator that controls the rotation of the motor at the front and rear and opens a power supply to the motor at an intermediate position; and a rotation center part that is rotatably supported by the lower case. A movement detecting piece that operates according to the movement of the suction tool body is provided on one side, and a spring accommodating portion that accommodates one spring body and is attached to the actuator is provided on the other side of the rotation center portion. Both ends of the spring are held in a slightly compressed state by a pair of side walls integrally provided in the spring accommodating body, and further provided in the lower case through the openings provided in the side walls.
