【実施例2】試験材料として、生産農家から直接、無処
理のカーネーションを購入した。基本配合(ソルビン酸
の水溶性塩を除いた鮮度保持剤の配合)と水溶液におけ
るその最終希釈濃度は、実施例1で使用したものと同じ
である。 (実施例2−1〜2−2)前記の基本配合に、下記表3
に記載の最終希釈濃度となるように所定量のソルビン酸
カリウムを加えて、鮮度保持剤サンプルとした。これを
