Abstract

PURPOSE:To return circulating water containing clean minute bubble to a bathtub by combining a bubble generating device using a hollow thread and a filtering device. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted by providing a suction port 2 in a position being near the surface of the water of a bathtub 1, connecting a suction side of a pump 5 to this suction port 2, connecting an outlet side of this pump 5 to a return port 3 provided in a bottom part side of the bathtub 1 through a filtering device 6 using a natural stone filter and a hollow thread cartridge 7, and also, connecting a bypass tube 9 to the hollow thread cartridge 7 through a direction changeover valve 10, and moreover, providing a check valve between the downstream side of the hollow thread cartridge 7 and the bypass tube 9.

ている。人体の毛穴の大きさは約100ミクロン程度と
されているが、温まるとこれがさらに広がることが知ら
れている。従って100ミクロン以下の微細な気泡は入
浴時の人体の清浄効果も期待できるので、健康志向の時
流からも業務用はもちろん家庭にあっても好ましいとい
える。

管4が接続してあり、この吸込管4にはポンプ5を介し
て濾過装置6の入口側に接続されている。そしてこの濾
過装置6の出口側は途中に中空糸カートリッジ7を介装
した戻り管8にて戻り口3に接続されている。またこの
戻り管8には上記中空糸カートリッジ7をバイパスする
バイパス管9がこれの上流側を方向切換弁10にて分岐
して接続してある。なお中空糸カートリッジ7の下流側
には、上記バイパス管9からの逆流を防止する逆止弁1
1が介装してある。

は、単に機械的に固形物を濾過するばかりでなく、微生
物の繁殖並びにその活動が一層活発になることで濾過効
率が向上し、目詰まりしにくくなる。

ことで、簡単で安価に浴槽水の浄化を長時間維持でき
る。 (5)構成部品がシンプルでモジュール化も容易なの
で、設置が簡単で安価に浴槽用気泡発生装置が実現でき
る。
