Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a turfgrass cutting / draining device for cutting turfgrass and performing piping work for water supply or drainage in turfgrass planting material for golf courses and the like. [0002] [Prior Art] Various types of machines have been developed for performing maintenance work such as turf maintenance on grass turf planting materials for golf courses and the like, but water supply / drainage work has been sufficiently planned and carried out before opening. Therefore, the need for construction did not occupy a very large factor. However, after construction, there may be cases where underground blind drainage work is required due to inadequate planning, or additional work for water supply may occur, which is not absolutely necessary. For large-scale water supply / drainage work, large-scale machines such as power shovels and excavators are used, but for relatively simple and small-scale water supply / drainage work, there is no suitable machine for this, and it depends on human power. I've been few. In particular, it was a difficult work that required considerable human power to cut and open densely packed turf grass for water supply and drainage work. [0003] [Problems to be solved by the invention] The present invention is to attach a blade for ironworking to a rear portion of a power vehicle for rubber tires so as to be able to move up and down, and to cut forward dense grass while cutting dense grass. Soil, excavate a groove of about 30 cm, and automatically embed the pumice stone and the water supply pipe that are separately mounted in the groove to the turf grass planting material on the existing golf course, It was configured so that piping work could be performed with a machine with a simple structure. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention is to be attached to a motor vehicle for rubber tires and the like, and an iron cutting blade that cuts turf grass to open and cut the surface by moving up and down, and an open groove. Of the soil, a pumice stone that is housed in the hopper and falls in an appropriate and appropriate amount by a vibrator, and a pipe body that is installed in a groove that has been cut open by being guided by a pipe supply roller. It is characterized in that it is composed of a spray port for spraying pumice so as to wrap the pipe body, and an earth collecting plate for backfilling the cut groove. The depth of the groove to be excavated was achieved by adjusting the operating range of the ironwork blade by hydraulically operating the cockpit. The width of the groove to be excavated is realized by attaching two ironworking blades to the width member that matches the groove width, and soil discharge in the groove is realized by changing the width of the earth removal plate. did. Further, the treading pressure is adjusted by a treading roller so that the opened groove is completely backfilled. [0005] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, the tractor 1 has a connecting portion 21 for pulling the trailer 2 at the rear part, and the trailer 2 is connected via the connecting portion 21 to move the trailer 2. [0006] The excavation part 3 is attached to the rear part of the tractor 1 such as a motor vehicle for rubber tires, and the base 31, the excavation tool attachment member 32, and the parallel link 32 connecting the both.
And a hydraulic cylinder 34. Base 31
Is firmly attached to the rear part of the vehicle body of the tractor 1 such as a power vehicle for rubber tires, and has a strength enough to withstand about 30 cm of excavation of the top soil while the blade 4 for ironworking described later cuts grass. I have to do it. Parallel link 33
Is a link for connecting the base 31 and the cutting tool attachment member 32 and moving the cutting tool in parallel up and down, and requires a structure for correctly moving the cutting tool up and down without rolling. Therefore, instead of mounting the parallel links 33 one above the other, open two legs as a set, attach the opened side to the base 31, and attach the cutting tool attachment member 32 to the apex side. Will be needed. Therefore, the parallel link 33 may be composed of four links, two at the top and two at the bottom. The hydraulic cylinder 34 has a parallelogram mechanism having one end attached to the base 31 and the other end attached to the excavation tool mounting member 32, and which includes a base, an excavation tool mounting member, and a parallel link. A hydraulic cylinder 34 is provided to vertically move the excavation tool mounting member 32 by a hydraulic operation performed in the cockpit of the tractor 1 such as a power vehicle.
Expand and contract. Further, if the amount of hydraulic pressure is adjusted, the range of vertical movement of the cutting tool attachment member 32 and the ironworking blade 4 attached thereto can be adjusted, and the depth of the groove to be cut can be adjusted. [0007] The iron cutting blade 4 is detachably attached to the cutting tool attachment member 32 by using bolts or the like. As shown in FIG. 3, the ironworking blade body 4 is composed of two blade bodies sandwiching a width member 41 according to the groove width to be excavated, and while moving up and down, it is advanced at a slight speed to excavate the topsoil. . Of course, depending on the width of the groove to be cut, if the groove is narrow, it is also possible to cut with a single wide ironworking blade 4 as shown in FIG. [0008] The excavation tool mounting member 32 includes a hydraulic cylinder 34.
The blade body 4 for ironworking moves up and down due to the up and down movement accompanying the expansion and contraction of
The turf grass planting material is excavated, the topsoil is excavated at a depth of about 30 cm, and the pipe body is laid. This excavation depth can be freely selected by adjusting the hydraulic operation in the cockpit.

を有する。[0009] As the turfgrass vegetation grows old, deciduous leaves and the like are accumulated near the root, and the topsoil is still firm due to trampling pressure. It is difficult to open the groove. Therefore, the function required of the ironworking blade body 4 is to cut the roots of the densely planted turfgrass to open and cut the topsoil, and therefore, requires the strength of the nails of an ironworking or power shovel. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a blade shape is formed on the cutting-advancing side in order to cut roots of turf grass and excavate the topsoil, and the blade shape is a sword shape with a slight warp toward the rear. [0010] An earth-discharging plate 14 is attached to the lower part of the trailer 2 at the rear of the ironworking blade 4, and its position can be freely adjusted by the up-down adjusting mechanism 15. Is pulled up to the bottom of the trailer 2 so that it does not hinder the movement. Earth plate 14
As shown in FIG. 4 (A), is a branch having an acute angle at the front and having a warp on the outer side and the upper side. It is for discharging and facilitating the laying of the pumice stone 53 and the pipe body 9 described later. As for the earth discharging width, a desired groove width can be obtained by preparing several kinds of earth discharging plates 14 according to the groove width to be excavated and selecting it according to the application. Alternatively, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the apex angle of the soil discharging plate itself can be changed, and the angle can be changed by using the turn bag 141. [0011] On the trailer 2, a hopper 5 for accommodating the pumice stones 53 and a drum 6 for accommodating the pipe body 9 are mounted via a column 8. The pipe body is used as a material required for other piping work. A tube body supply roller 10 which is pushed and laid in a groove formed by cutting 9 is attached via a vertical adjustment mechanism 11. The vertical adjustment mechanism 11 sets the depth for laying the pipe body of the pipe body supply roller 10 by a fixing device (not shown), and pulls up the pipe body supply roller below the trailer 2 when not in use. It is intended to prevent the movement of the. [0012] A soil collecting plate 16 is provided at the rear part of the tube body supply roller 10, and the soil discharged on the one-side surface soil by the above-described earth discharging plate 14 is excavated and buried in the groove in which the tube body 9 and the pumice stone 53 are laid. It is installed to return it. As shown in FIG. 4 (B), the soil collecting plate 16 is formed by opening two plates in the shape of a figure 8 in the front, and the soil discharged on the top soil is backfilled in the groove. The earth collecting plate 16 is also attached to the lower part of the trailer 2 via the vertical adjusting mechanism 17, and when not used, the vertical adjusting mechanism 1
It is pulled up to the lower part of the car body by 7 so that it does not hinder the movement. [0013] Further, a trailing pressure roller 12 is attached to the rear portion of the trailer 2 via a roller pressure adjusting tool 13. The treading roller 12 is for treading the groove filled with the soil collecting plate 16 by borrowing the weight of the trailer 2. The foot pressure roller 12 is also pulled up by the roller pressure adjusting tool 13 to the lower part of the trailer 2 when not in use,
It does not hinder the movement. [0014] As shown in FIG. 1, the hopper 5 has a vibrator 7 at its lower outlet portion so that the pumice stones 53 are vibrated to be dropped evenly so that the pipes 9 are evenly distributed to the places to be laid. It has become. The pumice stone 53 is divided into two branches at the lower part of the vibrator 7, and there is a front spray mouth 51 opened between the soil discharging plate 14 and the pipe body supply roller 10, and the pumice stone 53 is opened in front of the cut groove. The pipes 9 are sprinkled, and the pipes 9 introduced by the pipe supply roller 10 are laid thereon. After the pipe body 9 has been laid, pumice stones 53 are further sprayed from the rear spray port 52 to cover the pipe body 9, and then the soil discharged by the soil collecting plate 16 is refilled. ing. The front and rear spray ports 51, 52 are provided on the side surfaces as shown in FIG. 2 so as not to hinder the work for laying the pipe body supply roller 10, and spray the pumice stone 53 toward the cutting groove. I am configuring. [0015] In the present embodiment, the pipe supply roller 10, the soil discharge plate 14, the soil collection plate 16, and the treading roller are illustrated as being manually operated to adjust the depth and the like. It is also possible to drive the tractor 1 by remote control from the cockpit of the tractor 1 and the like, and it is easy to realize if it is implemented with the current operation technology. [0016] The operation of the turfgrass cutting drainage device according to the present invention will be described. The operator advances the tractor 1 such as a power vehicle for rubber tires at a very low speed, and also drives the hydraulic cylinder 34 to move the cutting tool mounting member 32 up and down, so that the blade edge of the ironworking blade 4 attached to this is moved up and down. The turfgrass vegetation that is moving and dense is incised with the blade edge, and the soil plate 14
Then, the soil is discharged to the surface of one land, and the soil is excavated to about 30 cm to form a groove. The pumice stones 53 accommodated in the hopper 5 are evenly dropped by the vibrator 7 into the cut grooves. First, the pumice stones 53 are sprayed from the front spray port 51 to the extent that they cover almost the cut surface, and then the pipes 9 guided to the pipe body supply roller 10 are laid on the pumice stones 53 that have just been sprayed.
Then, with the pumice stone 53 sprayed from the rear spray port 52,
The laid pipe 9 is covered. By this operation, the upper and lower sides and right and left sides of the laid pipe body 9 are configured to be wrapped by the pumice stones 53. [0017] When the burying of the pipe body 9 and the pumice stone 53 is completed, the soil collecting plate 16 scrapes the removed soil on the bearing soil and backfills it in the open-cut groove, and then the treading roller 12 causes the roller pressure adjusting tool 13 to move. Therefore, it is compacted with a predetermined tread pressure. Thus, clean water or drainage is configured to flow through the pipe body 9, and blind drainage underground flows through the gaps between the pumice stones buried at the same time. [0018] In the civil engineering industry, a part of the ground is replaced by using stones or gravel to form a drainage space between the stones,
A blind drainage method for draining underground stored water is known,
This method is a variation of this method, and since pumice stone is used instead of crushed stone, the stone itself has a porous void, and bacteria can inhabit the void and a secondary effect of purifying blind drainage can be expected. If the buried pipe 9 is a pipe intended for drainage,
A perforated pipe known in the industry is laid as the pipe body 9,
If it is used together with blind drainage as a pipe construction method, more effective drainage work will be achieved. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the lawn grass cutting and draining device of the present invention is a device having a simple mechanism, and automatically performs plumbing work while cutting densely planted turf grass. The construction of the tractor can be done easily by one operator. In addition, on the green of a golf course, etc., the deep soil becomes dense due to the treading of the player or the compaction of the maintenance machine after construction, and the breathability, water permeability, and water retention are deteriorated, which hinders the growth of grass. It is known to cause the occurrence of pests and root rot phenomenon, but since the trailer is made of pumice, the weight of the trailer is light and the soil is rarely compacted. In addition, since the buried pumice stones and the pumice stones themselves are porous and have voids, the blind drainage can be completely discharged, and the bacteria living in the voids can be expected to purify the blind drainage itself. Have.
