[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a base cloth used for a surface fastener, and more particularly to a base cloth used for a surface fastener having a high air permeability to be attached to an object having air permeability such as clothes, shoes, bags and cleaning tools. .

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Conventionally, as a surface fastener having air permeability, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-91009, a knitted fabric having a pile loop on one side has a transparent structure with a lattice or zigzag pattern. It has been known that a hook and loop fastener is formed by providing a large number of holes uniformly and coating the back surface of the hole.

【0003】[0003]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, the above-mentioned surface fastener has a problem in that production efficiency is poor and a low cost cannot be obtained because a large number of through holes are uniformly formed on the entire surface of the knitted fabric due to the perforated structure of the knitted fabric. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances and has as its object to provide a base cloth for a surface fastener which has high productivity and low cost, and has air permeability.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a base cloth for a surface fastener of the present invention. The base fabric for a hook-and-loop fastener of the present invention is knitted into a cylinder by a circular knitting machine equipped with two types of sinkers, high and low, and is cut into a sheet to be used as a hook-and-loop fastener. As shown in FIG. 1, the hook-and-loop fastener base fabric comprises a central pile portion 1 and left and right ear portions 2 and 2. The central pile portion 1 includes a locking portion 3 and a ventilation portion 4 in the wale direction. It is provided alternately every two courses. The locking portion 3 is made of pile yarn 6 of 210-denier multifilament yarn, which is thicker than the ground yarn 5, and a pile loop 7 is formed by a pile structure using a high sinker for pile loop knitting. It is configured to function as an engagement element. Further, the ventilation parts 4 are provided alternately with the locking parts 3 and are constituted so that only the ground yarn 5 of 50 to 100 denier, which is thinner than the pile yarn 6, is knitted by the stitches 8 knitted by the flat knitting structure to provide the breathability. Has been done. The ground yarn 5 and the pile yarn 6 are multifilament yarns such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene, etc., but when the pile loop 7 is cut to form the hook of the male engaging element, the monofilament 6 is used as the pile yarn 6. Use thread. In order to provide good ventilation in the ventilation part 4, it is necessary to knit using the ground yarn 5 which is thinner than the pile yarn 6 to form a large stitch 8. Further, in FIG. 1, the engaging portion 3 and the ventilation portion 4 are knitted every two courses, but the number of knitting courses of the engaging portion 3 and the ventilation portion 4 depends on the peeling strength and the air permeability required depending on the application of the surface fastener. The number of trains can be increased or decreased according to the degree.

In the knitted fabric, the pile yarn 6 forming the female engaging element is a multifilament yarn, and the pile loop 7 is brushed to be separated into individual filaments. The engagement with the hook, which is the engagement element of the mold, is enhanced. For both the female type and the male type, the knitted fabric is coated on its back surface with synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, or the like so as not to impair the air permeability by closing the stitches 8 of the air passage portion 4, and if possible, the air passage portion. Air is blown to the stitch 8 of No. 4 to ensure air permeability, and the knitting yarns are bonded and fixed to each other to prevent the loop from coming off and to keep the shape of the knitted fabric, thereby completing the base fabric for the hook-and-loop fastener. Then, it is cut at the position of the ear 2 to make a surface fastener. The hook-and-loop fastener made of the base cloth for hook-and-loop fasteners of the present invention has breathability, so it can be used for easily sweatable items such as shoes and gloves, and because it is easy to clean and dries quickly, mops and mats can be used. Suitable for cleaning tools such as.

[Effect of device]

The present invention is configured as described above, and the locking portion knitted with the pile structure and the ventilation portion knitted with the plain knitted structure made of only the ground thread thinner than the pile thread are alternately knitted every several courses. Since it is knitted to form the base fabric for hook-and-loop fasteners, it has significantly higher productivity than the one in which the ventilation part is made up of a structure with a perforated pattern formed by warp knitting. Peel strength and air permeability can be easily changed by changing the number of knitting courses of the locking part and the ventilation part, and it is possible to provide a surface fastener corresponding to various articles requiring air permeability at low cost. It has an excellent effect.
