Has a cylindrical discharge chamber that is projected downward so that the cake of the above can be taken out to the outside, and a rotary shaft that is vertically installed so as to be vertically movable and forward / reverse rotatable with respect to the inner center of the main body. The lower end of the shaft is provided with a scraping member having an inward surface for moving the cake to the discharge chamber side when the rotating shaft is normally rotated, and a scraping member having a scraping edge at the lower end of the inward surface. It has an arm and a vane having an outward surface that moves the cake outward when the rotary shaft rotates forward, and the lower end of the vane evens the upper surface of the cake when the rotary shaft rotates in the reverse direction. Alternating horizontal arm with leveling member with leveling bar Protrudes radially further one to an inlet of said discharge chamber is provided with an opening and closing valve body to be movable up and down,
The discharge chamber is provided with an exhaust nozzle equipped with an exhaust valve capable of switching the chamber between sealed and open. The on-off valve body is moved up and down by the rotation of a manual handle provided on a handle shaft screwed with the shaft portion of the valve body. When the cake is discharged, the handle is rotated to lower the valve body, and the cantilevered bottom lid holding the valve body and the handle is opened with a hydraulic cylinder to form the cake discharge valve structure. This is a device for discharging the cake accumulated on the filter medium placed on the filter plate provided at the bottom of the opening of the main body of the filter device from the central part of the filter plate, and having a cutout on the side. A cylindrical body having an upper end closed and a lower end opened into an opening formed in the central portion of the filter plate, with the notch located inside the main body, and An inner cylinder having an open end is slidably inserted through a sealing mechanism, and the elevating mechanism allows the inner cylinder to move up and down, so that the notch of the cylindrical body is raised when the inner cylinder is raised. It is configured to be shielded by. Further, a packing and an O-ring for sealing the inner body and the inner body at a position where the inner body is raised are provided on the upper side of the inner body.
Further, as an elevating mechanism for moving the inner cylinder up and down, two hydraulic cylinders connected to the lower end of the inner cylinder are provided.

Among the above-mentioned conventional techniques, the former has a problem that when the cake discharge valve is opened, it is necessary to manually rotate the handle in order to lower the valve body, and there is a problem that automation cannot be performed. Also, since the cantilevered bottom lid that holds the valve body, handle, etc. is opened by a hydraulic cylinder to discharge the cake, the cake will not be discharged from the discharge chamber to the outside air when it is conveyed to the next process device. There was a problem that it was discharged inside, which was inconvenient when targeting chemicals. Furthermore, because of the above-mentioned structure, if the valve is opened at the time of discharging, the inside of the cake discharging valve comes into contact with the outside air to pick up bacteria, and when the valve is closed, bacteria enter inside.

In the latter of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, when discharging the cake, the inner cylinder is lowered to discharge the cake from the cutout of the cylinder into the cylinder. This discharged cake is discharged downward through the inner cylinder that is inserted inside the cylinder and is in the lowered position. At this time, since the upper end of the inner cylinder is in the lowered position apart from the packing and the O-ring provided inside the upper part of the cylinder, the cake residue powder adheres to the upper end surface of the inner cylinder, and after the cake discharging work is completed, the inner cylinder is Is raised and becomes an adverse effect when sealing is performed with an O-ring or packing inside the upper part of the inner cylinder. Therefore,
In order to maintain a good sealing condition of the discharge valve, it is necessary to clean the sealing surface, which is the upper end surface of the inner cylinder, with liquid or gas each time the cake is discharged. Without it, the packing and O-ring were damaged in a short time and there was a problem in maintenance. In addition, since the two hydraulic cylinders for raising and lowering the inner cylinder are connected to the lower end of the inner cylinder, the lower end of the inner cylinder is attached to the lower part of the device in a state where it is open to the outside air, so that it does not pass through the inner cylinder. However, there is a problem in that the cake discharged as a result is discharged into the outside air, which is inconvenient for attempting to convey the medicine to the next step in an aseptic state. Furthermore, because of such a structure, when the inner cylinder is lowered during discharge, a part of the outer side of the inner cylinder comes into contact with the outside air to pick up bacteria, and when the valve is closed, bacteria enter inside. was there.

In view of the above, the present invention is for a filtration device that can be automated, can carry the cake to the next step without touching the outside air, and can clean and sterilize the entire valve body without contacting the outside air. An object of the present invention is to provide a cake discharge valve and a filter device using this valve.
