本考案を図面に示した実施例に基づき更に詳細に説明する。 図1は排水枡と集排水器具の分解斜視図、図2は連通孔とトラップ管との取付 け状態を示す説明図である。 符号1は集排水器具で、ほぼ椀形の本体10を有している。本体10の上部に は、後述する排水枡2のトラップ基体230が挿入される挿入筒部12が形成さ れている。挿入筒部12の内壁13には二本の環状のパッキン15が装着されて おり、トラップ基体230はパッキン15に嵌め合って水密状態で挿入される。 なお、トラップ基体230の挿入深さは一定の範囲で調整可能であり、排水枡2 は様々に異なった高さの浴室洗い場床にも柔軟に対応して施工できるようにして いる。 挿入筒部12の上縁よりやや下方の外周部には、円盤状の集水フランジ16が 設けてある。集水フランジ16の周縁部は上方へ向って傾斜しており、漏水を集 めやすくしている。そして挿入筒部12の側壁には、集水フランジ16の上面と ほぼ面一に、挿入筒部12を貫通して本体10の内部に連通する四個の連通孔1 7が形成されている。 各連通孔17には、ビニルパイプ製のトラップ管18が、本体10の内部側か ら圧入して装着してある。トラップ管18はU状に形成されており、通水後も内 部に水が残り、本体10の内外を気密分離することができる。 本体10の下部には、下方へ向けて筒状の排水部19が突出して形成されてい る。排水部19の下部内壁には排水管40を取着する取着螺子部190が設けら れている。 (作 用) 図3は本考案の一実施例の施工状態を示す断面図である。図1ないし図3を参 照して本実施例の作用を説明する。 集排水器具1は、スラブコンクリートCに埋設してある。スラブコンクリート Cの上面には遮水シート3が敷設されている。遮水シート3の所定の箇所には導 水口30が設けてある。導水口30の縁部のスラブコンクリートCはやや窪んで 形成されており、遮水シート3はそれに沿って敷設されている。そして、集排水 器具1は遮水シート3の導水口30の下側に配設されており、導水口30の縁部 は集排水器具1の集水フランジ16の上に載置してある。そして、集水フランジ 16の排水部19には排水管40が連結されている。 遮水シート3の上には、下地モルタルMが打ち込んである。下地モルタルMに は、排水枡2が埋設されている。なお、下地モルタルMの上には床タイルTが張 設されている。 排水枡2は、上部が開口した平面視長方形の枡体21と、枡体21の開口部に 被冠される蓋22とを備えている。 蓋22は断面コ状で、両側に脚板220が設けられている。また上板222に は所要数の排水孔224が形成されている。 枡体21の底板210の一端部寄りには、円形の排水口212が設けられてい る。排水口212には、排水トラップ装置23が取付けられている。排水トラッ プ装置23はトラップ基体230を備えており、このトラップ基体230内部に は水封式のトラップが形成してある。なお、排水トラップ装置23上部には分離 網231が載置されている。 この構造によれば、排水枡2と下地モルタルMとの境界部に亀裂を生じたり剥 離したりして漏水が生じた場合、漏水はまず遮水シート3で遮断され、集水フラ ンジ16で集められる。集められた漏水は、連通孔17およびトラップ管18を 通って本体10の内部へ導入されるので、漏水が階下に滲みたり、流れ落ちたり することはない。 また、トラップ管18はU状に形成されているので、通水後も内部に水が残り 、本体10の内外を気密分離する。これにより、集排水器具1の本体10内部お よびそれに続く排水管40等からの汚臭は本体10内部で止まり、浴室に逆流し ない。 なお、漏水が生じなくてもトラップ管18が汚臭を遮断する機能を果たすよう に、施工時にトラップ管18に予め通水しておくのが望ましい。 また、本考案は図示の実施例に限定されるものではなく、実用新案登録請求の 範囲の記載内において数々の変形が可能である。 The present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings.
