この考案はとも板フランジ付ダクトの補強構造

〈この考案が解消しようとする問題点〉
従来ダクトの接続部は裁断したL形アングル材
を溶接して四角枠状のフランジを形成して、該フ
ランジをダクトの開口端に嵌めて、ダクトとの間
を鋲止めして取付けて形成してきたものである
が、かかるダクトの接続部はその形成に当つて多
くの熟練した行程を要してなお溶接時の熱歪みや
鋲止めによる引張変形等が生ずるという問題があ
つた。本考案は先に出願人が提案した実開昭61−
17588号と異なる構造において、かかる問題点を

強板を接面嵌入し、該補強板の内側折曲片端を前
記の突条または鉤折段面に突当て止めし、外側傾
斜片の端部を前記の掛止用の端面にて押え止めす
るようにしたことを特徴とするとも板フランジ付
