2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it has been a troublesome work to remove a wire member having an extra length from a bobbin after completion of work. As one of the methods, a rewinding machine is used to rewind the extra length of wire material, that is, the remaining wire into a bobbin with a detachable collar, and then the collar is removed to remove the remaining wire. Another method is to use a cutter to cut and remove the remaining lines.

That is, the bobbin supply and recovery device is composed of a conveyor 2, a push-up device 3, a moving cylinder 7 of a gripping device 6, etc., and the bobbin 1 with residual wire conveyed by the conveyor 2 from the direction A is pushed up. Stop on device 3. At this time, the gripping device 6 of the bobbin 1 with the residual wire is waiting on the conveyor by the moving cylinder 7. After that, the bobbin 1 with residual wire is lifted up to the gripping device 6 by the action of the pushing-up device 3, and the arms 10 on both sides are closed by the motor 10 and the screw 11 to grip the bobbin 1 with residual wire. Subsequently, the gripping device 6 moves onto the pair of take-up rollers 9a and 9b while gripping the bobbin 1 with the remaining wire. At this time, the take-up rollers 9a and 9b are rotated by the motor 8 in the direction of the arrow in the figure. The bobbin 1 with residual wire which has come onto the take-up rollers 9a and 9b is rotated by the torque motor 4, and the residual wire is drawn out to the take-up rollers 9a and 9b and dropped onto the take-up rollers 9a and 9b.

At this time, if the rotational speed of each motor is adjusted so that the unwinding speed of the residual wire by the torque motor 4 becomes slower than the drawing speed of the residual wire by the take-up rollers 9a, 9b, the take-up roller 9a. , 9b, the number of revolutions of the bobbin 1 increases, so that the rotation detection sensor 5 can be used to know the start of remaining line removal. When it is not possible to detect the start of removal of the remaining wire after a certain period of time, it is determined that the rotation direction for feeding the remaining wire is opposite, and the winding direction of the remaining wire is determined by reversing the rotation direction of the bobbin 1. The remaining line can be recovered without any trouble. Further, the termination completion of the remaining wire is determined by applying a rotational force to the torque motor 4 in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the bobbin 1 with the remaining wire due to the removal of the remaining wire. Since the rotation of the bobbin becomes slower, the rotation detection sensor 5 senses this, and when it is determined that the remaining wire drawing has ended, the brake 13
Thus, the rotation of the bobbin is stopped, and thereafter the bobbin is returned onto the conveyor 2 and discharged in the direction B in the figure.

That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the take-up roller 9 may basically be located below the grasped residual wire bobbin 1. When the rotary shaft of the take-up roller 9 is arranged in parallel with the rotary shaft of the bobbin 1 with residual wire as shown in FIG. 2, it is expected that the residual wire 1a will not be caught between the take-up rollers 9 due to the winding of the residual wire 1a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the shaft of the take-up roller 9 is arranged in a direction intersecting with the rotation axis of the bobbin 1 with residual wire.
