面の両側において、搬送面に向かつてあるいは搬
送面から離脱するように移動可能に枠体に設けら
れた挾持部材と、搬送面とこれに垂直な面間を回
動自在に各挾持部材に取り付けられ、その回動軸
は搬送方向に平行に設けられた回動腕と、各回動
腕に回動自在に設けられ、その回動軸は搬送装置
の搬送方向及び回動腕に対して垂直で、回動腕が
搬送面と垂直な面に向かつて移動する時袋ブラン
クの開口部に導入され、その先端が搬送方向に対
し角度にしてほぼ45度の位置まで回動して袋ブラ
ンクの側面に挿入される指部材と、回動腕に対向
して枠体に設けられ、搬送面において回動腕に向
かつて移動可能な折り目形成装置を備えたことを
特徴とする袋ブランクに弁を形成する装置。 2 特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置であつ
て、搬送装置の搬送方向における枠体の下流側近
傍に、弁シートの供給手段を備えた弁シート挿入
手段と、折り目のある弁シートを折りたたまれた
弁に糊付けするための糊付け手段を更に備えたこ
とを特徴とする袋ブランクに弁を形成する装置。 3 特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の装
置であつて、回動腕の回動軸は挾持手段の前縁部
と同一直線上に設けられていることを特徴とする
袋ブランクに弁を形成する装置。 4 特許請求の範囲第3項に記載の装置であつ
て、各回動腕は圧力シリンダにより駆動されるラ
ツクにより作動し、該ラツクは回動腕に固定され
た扇型歯車と嵌合すると共に、各圧力シリンダは
枠体に回動自在に設けられていることを特徴とす
る袋ブランクに弁を形成する装置。 5 特許請求の範囲第2項に記載の装置であつ
て、弁シート挿入手段は各二本の互いに平行な搬
送ベルトを備え、この搬送ベルトはその一側にお
いて互いに圧接されて弁シートを挾持しながら搬
送し、搬送ベルトを搬送するローラの一つは対向
するローラと離間すべく移動して、搬送ベルト間
に挾持されている弁シートを開放し、該弁シート
が袋ブランクの開口部に挿入されると、再び対向
するローラに向かつて移動して搬送ベルトを圧接
するように構成したことを特徴とする袋ブランク
に弁を形成する装置。 6 特許請求の範囲第5項に記載の装置であつ
て、搬送ベルトの近傍に、搬送ベルトに挾持され
た弁シートの縁部に沿つて糊付けするための糊付
け位置を設けたことを特徴とする袋ブランクに弁
を形成する装置。 7 特許請求の範囲第5項又は第6項に記載の装
置であつて、袋ブランクの開口部に向かつて、搬
送ベルトの長手方向に垂直に移動可能な滑り部材
を設け、該滑り部材は弁シートの搬送路と搬送ロ
ーラの直後において交叉することを特徴とする袋
ブランクに弁を形成する装置。[Scope of Claims] 1.
