を製造することができた。 Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has conducted various studies on how to process the synthetic resin sheet having the surface decoration part using a high-frequency welder to emboss the surface decoration part, and has found that Focusing on preventing shoots without interfering with the high frequency waves generated in the process, the method of the present invention is to cover the mold with a resin film that does not melt when exposed to high frequency heating, i.e., a synthetic resin sheet that can be welded by high frequency waves. The material is a material on which a surface decoration part consisting of colored metal vapor-deposited foil is formed with pictures, letters, figures, etc. by hot stamping, printing, textile printing, etc.
One or both of the molds attached to the upper and lower electrodes of the high-frequency welder are coated with a resin film that does not melt when subjected to high-frequency heating, and the surface decoration portion is formed by pressing the mold against the material and energizing it. We completed a method for embossing the surface decoration of a synthetic resin sheet, which is characterized by embossing, and were able to produce a synthetic resin sheet with a beautiful and embossed surface decoration.
次に、本発明法を詳細に説明する。 Next, the method of the present invention will be explained in detail.

A colored metal vapor-deposited foil is polymerized on the vinyl chloride sheet 2, and by applying pressure with a plate, the convex parts of the plate, that is, constituent parts such as pictures, letters, and figures, are transferred and adhered to the vinyl chloride sheet 2 to form the surface decoration part 3. However, the backing film has been removed.

In this example, a vinyl chloride sheet was used as the synthetic resin sheet that can be welded by high frequency. As the resin for the resin film, a resin having good high frequency insulation properties such as polyester or polyethylene is used.
