オネジ部を形成したプラグ部材を、上記フクロ
ナツトのネジ穴に螺着し、そのプラグ部材のオ
ネジ部の内部側に、油管の端末部端面と、フク
ロナツト内側のスリーブに当接できる内径入口
テーパ部を形成し、また上記プラグ部材の軸心
を貫通する貫通穴を開穿し、その貫通穴の上記
内径入口テーパ部に開口する内側貫通穴部の穴
径を油管の内径より小径に、かつ外部側に開口
する外側貫通穴部の穴径を上記内側貫通穴部の
穴径より大径に設定して段付貫通穴を形成し、
