材１を介在（第５，６図参照）させ、液不透過性
表面材４を防漏シート２および／または液透過性
表面材１に融着５することにより、おむつの一方
向端部に男性の場合、局部を挿入する防水域６を
形成したものである。この防水域６を付けたこと
