突出する指当部7cを有し、くの字型に折曲げた
ロツクバネ8の長手8aを前記操作レバー3の偏
心軸5の側面に、短手8bを前記ロツクレバー7
の中間部に夫々係着してロツクレバー7を常に下
方に弾圧せしめ、該ロツクレバー7が略々水平位
置に回動変位した時点で前記ロツクレバー7の段
差部7aが壁1bに係当し且つ突片7bが壁1b
に切欠凹部9に嵌入するようになる構成を要旨と
