【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、外科用手術台に用いるアクセサリ
ー、特に腰椎や脊椎の手術に際して用いる足板に

腰椎や脊椎の手術に際しては、第2図に示すよ
うな手術台が用いられる。即ち、背面板30をコ
ラム31に回動自在に枢着し、脚板32を任意の
位置(角度)で折り曲げ、固定出来るよう該背面
板30端部に枢着し、更に該脚板32に対しても
90度又はこれ以上の角度で折り曲げ・固定出来る
ような足板1が枢着されている。

図示するこの体位は腹部の圧迫がないために出血
が非常に少ないので特に良く用いられる。この時
用いらる足板1は取り付け、取り外しが簡単に出

台に取り付けるクランプ部41と足を載せる足板

る)から構成され、更にクランプレバー44によ
つてフエルール45とフエルール46とを任意の
角度で噛み合わせて固定する、つまり足板プレー
ト42を二点鎖線で示すように任意の角度で折り

しての足板の機能は足を支えるだけでは不充分
で、形や持つたときの感触、扱いやすさ、重さ等
本来の機能と無関係なものも重要な要素である
が、従来品はこれらの不随的な機能が低く扱われ
ている。

と、前記連結軸の内部端近傍に嵌挿した雌ネジ付
金具と前記連結軸に設けた切り欠きに挿通され該
雌ネジ付金具と連結軸とを一体にするピンと、前
記フレームと連結軸及び前記取り付け具の一方に
それぞれ噛合可能に固着されたフエルールと、前
記雌ネジ付金具に前記取り付け具外側より螺合さ
れた締付ネジとからなり、該締付ネジにより前記
フエルールを噛合及び離反させるようにしたこと
を特徴とする。

て前記足板プレート2のもう一方の面に固定され
る。5は連結軸であつて前記フレーム4の両側に
穿設した穴に通しある程度左右に移動出来るよう
になつている。前記フレーム4にはフエルール6
が、前記連結軸5にはフエルール7が溶接等によ
り固着してありこれらのフエルール6とフエルー

サリーレール16及び17を固定した脚板フレー
ム18,19が固定してあり、該アクセサリーレ
ール16,17に前記取り付け具8,9が取付ネ
ジ20,21によつて取り付けられるようになつ

子付金具23は切り欠き22の範囲内で左右に移
動出来、前記締付ネジ24による締め付け力を連
結軸5の外部に伝達する。而して、締付ネジ24
を締め付けると前記フエルール6とフエルール7
とが噛み合い、前記取り付け具8と足板プレート
2とが固定され互いの角度が保持されるのであ
る。そして足板の角度を変える時には、締付ネジ
24を緩めフエルール6と7との噛み合いを外
し、足板プレート2を希望する角度に変更して再

を提供することが出来る。

設するための取り付け具と、前記連結軸の内部端
近傍に嵌挿した雌ネジ付金具と前記連結軸に設け
た切り欠きに挿通され該雌ネジ付金具と連結軸と
を一体とするピンと、前記フレームと連結軸及び
前記取り付け具の一方にそれぞれ噛合可能に固着
されたフエルールと、前記雌ネジ付金具に前記取
り付け具外側より螺合された締付ネジとからな
り、該締付ネジにより前記フエルールを噛合及び
離反させるようにしたことを特徴とする手術台用
