の安定化を狙った接着剤フィレット部形成方法を確立す
ることにある。
【構成】磁気ヘッドコアスライダの両端角部に接着剤を
塗布することで接着部材の貼付前にフィレット部が形成
される。
【効果】磁気ヘッドコアスライダの接着強度の安定化が
図れる。
