Abstract

The lip slot section 3a is formed in such a fashion that it may envelop the lower part flange 1a of the steel beam 1 at a proper span and opened between upper part lips 3a'. The side plate 3b is extended upward from the inner tip of the lip 3a'. The form receiving flat bar 2 is set in such a fashion that it may be clamped between the flange 1a and the lip 3a'. As a result, the form 3 is hooked up on the lower part flange 1a by way of the form receiving flat bar 2. The fireproof covering form 3 whose beam span is divided into several sections. When the form 3 is completely set in, a PC slab 4 is installed to the steel beam 1 where concrete is cast so that the peripheral parts of the steel beam 1 may be filled up.
