困難であり、例えば前記公報に開示されたものは、パイ
プをバルジ加工することにより、前後にテーパを形成し
ており、このような加工手段を用いると設備費が高額で
加工能率が低いという不都合がある。また、板材をコ字
状に折曲げたものを2個突合わせて角管状に溶接する手
段も考えられるが、この手段は、少くとも長さ方向の2
本の溶接線を必要とし、溶接費が高いアルミ合金には不
向きであるのみならず、2本の溶接をするために治具数
や工程数が多くなり、製品も目につき易い外面に溶接線
が必ず出るために外観性が劣る等の不都合がある。2.
