Abstract

PURPOSE:To widen the width of a road by building an overhang of strong construction by a simple construction method. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of anchors 3 are put into the ground on the sloping surface on the side of valley of a road 1 at proper intervals so that the protruding portions of the anchors 3 above the ground form an arch shape. Cement hardening material 4 is placed along the sloping surface to form an overhanging portion 2 on the valley side of the road 1, wherein the portions of the anchors 3 projecting from the ground are disposed. The lower part of the portion 2 is formed into an arch along the anchors 3. A plurality of anchors 3 may be provided near the surface of the road 1 along the direction of the road. As the anchors 3, lock bolts or ground anchors wherein twisted wires are used as tension member can be employed. Therefore, construction can be easily executed by placing the anchors 3 and cement hardening material. Load is distributed to a plurality of anchors 3, so that load is not concentrated at one point on the sloping surface. Since the overhanging portion is formed into an arch shape, it has a strong and lightweight construction and hence the portion does not slip down by it own weight.

2. Description of the Related Art Road construction is extremely difficult in mountainous areas where mountains and valleys are complicated. Due to various circumstances, the width of the road may be limited when the mountain surface cannot be largely removed. In view of such circumstances, a method of constructing a projecting portion on the valley side of an existing road to expand the width of the road is adopted.

The problem with such a conventional widening method is that the construction of the overhanging portion becomes extremely large. Construction methods such as building scaffolds on slopes and constructing support pillars that support the overhanging parts required large-scale construction machines and required long construction days. Also, in the retaining wall construction method in which a panel-shaped retaining wall is erected on the slope and the overhang is filled with the slope, a large load is intensively applied to the contact point between the panel and the slope, and There were major problems in design and construction. Another problem in the conventional widening method is the appearance. The overhanging part created by the conventional widening method had a poor aesthetic appearance and was difficult to adapt to the surrounding scenery.

According to the road widening method of the present invention, a plurality of anchor materials are driven at appropriate intervals on the ground on the valley side slope of the road to remove the anchor material from the ground. Make sure that the protruding parts of are aligned in an arch shape. The protruding portion of the anchor material from the natural ground is arranged inside, and the cement-based hardening material is placed along the slope to construct the protruding portion to the valley side. The lower portion of the projecting portion is formed in an arch shape along the aligned anchor materials. It is also possible to place a plurality of anchor materials near the road surface of the valley side slope along the road traveling direction, and arrange the protruding portion of the anchor material from the natural ground inside the overhanging portion. Further, as the anchor material, it is also possible to adopt a ground anchor in which a plurality of lock bolts, steel stranded wires, etc. are bundled and used as a tension material.

The arched shape has an excellent aesthetic appearance and does not cause a sense of discomfort with the surrounding landscape. Since the overhanging portion is only fixed to the slope on the valley side by the anchor material, the construction is extremely easy. Since a plurality of anchors are driven and the load is distributed and loaded by this anchor, the load does not act intensively on the foundation work like a retaining wall, and the load is evenly distributed over the entire slope. There is no risk of slope failure after construction. By forming it in an arch shape, the weight of the overhanging portion is reduced, and it does not fall by its own weight.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail below based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a road formed by cutting open a slope, and a projecting portion 2 is constructed on a valley side slope of this road 1. First, the anchor material 3 is placed on the slope. Although various types of anchor materials can be adopted as the anchor material 3, a lock bolt is used in the embodiment. This anchor material 3 is driven toward a slope near the road 1 surface, and a plurality of anchor materials 3 are driven at appropriate intervals along the road traveling direction. A part of the anchor material 3 is projected to some extent from the slope.

Further, a plurality of anchor members 3 are cast on the slopes at appropriate intervals so that the protruding portions are arranged in an arch shape. The distance between the adjacent anchor materials 3 and 3 is made small so that the load is finely dispersed when the anchor material 3 is loaded as described later. It is widely known that the above-mentioned arch shape is an arch shape used in the sectional shape of a tunnel, and that this arch shape is extremely excellent as a structure for supporting a load. The anchor material 3 which is cast in an arch shape is formed on the slope at appropriate intervals. Therefore, a plurality of arch shapes formed by the tip of the anchor material 3 are formed. Also, of the anchor materials 3 that are cast on the slope, the anchor material 3 located above is made long and is cast deep in the ground,
The anchor material 3 located therebelow gradually becomes shorter as it goes downward.

A mold frame is assembled facing the slope, concrete 4 which is a cement-based hardening material is placed therein, and the protruding width becomes smaller toward the lower side.
To build. At this time, the protruding portion of the anchor material 3 from the slope is in the concrete 4 and is attached to the concrete 4. A plywood or a steel plate may be used as the mold, and a net-shaped discard mold may be adopted. The formwork may be attached to the tip of the anchor material 3. The lower portion of the projecting portion 2 is formed in an arch shape along the anchor material 3 arranged in an arch shape. Therefore, a plurality of arch shapes are formed side by side on the slope.

Since the load of the overhanging portion 2 is supported by the anchor material 3 which is cast in a large number, the load is not dispersed and the load is not concentrated at one place. Therefore, it is not necessary to design or construct any one of the slopes for reinforcement. Also, since the load acts in a distributed manner,
After construction, there is no danger that the slope will collapse due to weight. Also, since it is an arch type structure, it can support the load as a structure like a bridge. The gap in the arch reduces the weight of the overhang,
It does not slide down under its own weight.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention has the above-described structure, it can be constructed simply by placing an anchor material on the ground and then placing a cement-based hardening material on it, so that a large-scale machine is used There is no need to perform large-scale construction, and it is not necessary to intensively reinforce one point on the slope, and it is possible to construct by simple design and construction, and the construction period can be short. With its arched shape, it is aesthetically pleasing and very familiar with the surrounding landscape. Since the load of the overhanging portion is dispersed and supported by the plurality of anchor materials, the load is not concentrated on one of the slopes and the slope does not collapse. Since the arched shape can reduce the weight of the overhanging portion, the overhanging portion does not lower due to its own weight. In addition, it becomes a robust structure as an arch-shaped structure.
