[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in conventional antistatic containers, when static electricity is discharged, sparks are generated due to the instantaneous discharge, and the sparks can damage electronic components placed inside the container. There were problems in that they were easily destroyed and their quality deteriorated.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the antistatic container according to the present invention, the entire surface of the container made of synthetic resin is undercoated with a conductive paint, and the upper layer is coated with a semiconductive paint. The antistatic container is coated with an antistatic container, and is characterized in that an electrode made of metal foil is provided from a part of the inner surface of the container to the bottom via the outer surface.

[Function] The antistatic container having the above structure has a coating film with uniform discharge efficiency due to the combination of a highly conductive undercoat layer and a semiconductive topcoat layer even if the container is charged with static electricity. Static electricity is saved and uniformly discharged by the electrodes that electrically connect the containers.

As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the container 1 molded from synthetic resin has a container 1 as shown in Fig. 3.
A coating film 2 made of a paint with good conductivity is undercoated on the entire surface, and a semiconductive coating film 3 is applied as an upper layer.
is overcoated. Further, an electrode 4 made of metal foil is bonded to a portion of the inner surface near the mouth edge through the outer surface to the bottom.

For the undercoat film 1, a paint having a good conductive electrical resistance value, for example, an electrical resistance value of 0.1 MΩ or less, is used, and for the top coat film 3, a paint having a semiconductive resistance value, for example, 1×10 3 is used. A paint with an electrical resistance value of MΩ is used.

Therefore, the charge charged on the container 1 gradually reaches the electrode 4 via the highly conductive coating film 2 and the semiconductive coating film 3, so that instantaneous discharge is avoided. In addition, since the electrode 4 is provided from a part of the inner surface of the container 1 to the bottom via the outer surface, when a plurality of containers are stacked, each container 1 has an electrode 4.
The containers 1 are electrically connected to each other via the electrodes 4 of one of the containers 1, and charges are discharged to the conductor.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, the antistatic container according to the invention is capable of safely discharging static electricity even if the container is charged with static electricity when electronic components are placed in the container, and preventing the generation of discharge sparks. This can prevent electrostatic damage and quality deterioration of electronic components. Further, when a plurality of containers are stacked, each container is electrically connected by an electrode, so that static electricity charged in the containers can be efficiently and stably discharged.
