(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, in both of the devices disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publication Nos. 62-88603 and 62-88604, the spike pin can be prevented from falling out towards the road surface because the anti-slip flange engages with the core member, but the core member is of no use in preventing the spike pin from falling out on the opposite side, and because the elastic body on the upper side of the spike pin is thin, this part can deteriorate and break due to the movement of the spike pin, causing the spike pin to fall out.

Furthermore, the device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 62-273108 prevents the spike pin from sinking toward the tire by interposing a canvas on the side opposite to the road surface of the flange portion of the spike pin that can be engaged with the core member. However, since this item is made of canvas, it is fragile and the canvas itself easily deforms, so there is a problem that it is not possible to reliably prevent the spike pin from becoming immersed. Ta.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems by providing a slipper made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and having a required width that can fit the outer peripheral surface and both side surfaces of the tire. Inside the stopper member, a plurality of core members are arranged in parallel at a required interval, and a spike pin provided with a retaining flange is inserted between the core members, and the retaining flange of the spike pin is inserted into the core. A cup-shaped cover body is provided on the outer side of the spike pin and is positioned so as to be engageable with the member and surrounds the top and outer circumferential surface of the spike pin with a required gap between the top and the outer circumferential surface of the spike pin. , the core member insertion portion of the cup-shaped cover body is arranged in a state where it is inserted into the core member, and these spike pins,
It is characterized in that the cup-shaped cover body and the core member are integrally molded with the elastic body.

Next, the effect will be explained. The anti-slip member 1 attached to the tire A prevents the tire A from slipping by digging the tips of the spike pins 3, 3 into the road surface (ice, snow surface) as shown in the sixth and seventh figures when the vehicle is running. It is intended to prevent In addition, even if the anti-slip member 1 is deformed due to friction with the road surface or impact force and the spike pins 3, 3 are pulled out from the anti-slip member 1, the spike pins 3, 3 The retaining collar portions 3a, 3a engage with the core members 2, 2 to prevent the spike pins 3, 3 from being pulled out, and also prevent the spike pins 3, 3 from being pulled out from the upper part of the spike pins 3, 3.
And deterioration and damage around the upper thin part of the elastic body and the outside part of the spike pins 3, 3 due to the movement of the spike pins 3, 3 is caused by the deterioration and damage of the cup-shaped cover body 4.
This is prevented by the shielding effect caused by the presence of , allowing stable running over a long period of time.

(Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, a plurality of strips are formed inside the anti-slip member, which is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and has a required width that can fit the outer peripheral surface and both side surfaces of the tire. core members are arranged in parallel at a required interval, and a spike pin provided with a retaining collar is inserted between the core members, and the retaining collar of the spike pin is positioned so as to be engageable with the core member. At the same time, a cup-shaped cover body that surrounds the top and outer circumferential surface of the spike pin with a required gap provided between the top and the outer circumferential surface of the spike pin is attached to the outer side of the spike pin, and a core of the cup-shaped cover body is attached to the outer side of the spike pin. The member insertion part is inserted into the core member, and the spike pin, cup-shaped cover body, and core member are molded together with the elastic body, so the spike pin has the core member on both sides. position and the stopper flange of the spike pin engages with the core member, and as a result, even if an action such as pulling out the spike pin occurs during running, the stopper flange of the spike pin will not engage with the core member. The spike pin is reliably prevented from being pulled out by engaging with the member, and a required gap is provided between the top and the outer peripheral surface of the spike pin on the outside of the spike pin. A cup-shaped cover body is arranged so as to surround the top and the outer peripheral surface, and the cup-shaped cover body is integrally molded with its core member insertion portion inserted into the core member, so that as a result, the spike The elastic body filled in the gap around the upper part (top) and outer part of the pin is shielded (restrained) by the cup-shaped cover body that is locked to the core member, and due to the shielding effect, the spike pin Deterioration and damage to the upper thin wall part of the elastic body and around the outer part of the spike pin due to upward pull-out and the movement of the spike pin are largely prevented, and stable driving can be achieved over a long period of time, making it suitable for use not only in passenger cars but also in passenger cars. It has the advantage that it can also be used for trucks with a large loading capacity.
