As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 4293, a waste solution mainly composed of poly-α-olefin plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene is dissolved in an aromatic organic solvent at a temperature of 80 ° C to 135 ° C to obtain a plastic solution and water at 70 ° C. ~ 100
After the inorganic substance contained in the plastic waste material is occluded in the high molecular weight portion of the plastic by contacting at 0 ° C to physically separate the solid phase portion and the liquid phase portion containing the inorganic substance partially phase-separated, , The remaining liquid phase is 70
There has been proposed a method for treating a plastic waste material in which a plastic monomer is precipitated by cooling to below ℃. Also known is a recycling method in which thermoplastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene and vinyl chloride are heated to be plasticized and poured into a predetermined mold by a low pressure method or a high pressure method.

On the other hand, in the method in which the plasticized waste plastic is poured into a predetermined mold and molded, the waste plastic can be reused entirely, but the molded product has a problem that a peeling phenomenon occurs and the strength is significantly reduced. This is because the waste plastic is mixed with various plastic materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene and vinyl chloride, and the peeling occurs due to a chemical reaction by these foreign substances.

This washed waste plastic is crushed by a crusher. After that, foreign substances such as iron scraps are removed from the crushed waste plastic by a sorting device (not shown) using a magnet or the like. Further, the waste plastic from which foreign substances have been removed such as iron scraps is further crushed into about 5 to 10 mm square (25 to 100 square mm) by a crushing device, and the crushed waste plastic is washed again with water and dehydrated, and thereafter the waste plastic Are stored in a mixing device (not shown). In addition, paper such as corrugated cardboard and office waste is crushed by a crusher to a 10 to 30 mm square (100 to 900 mm).
It is crushed to about square mm) and the crushed papers are stored in the mixing device. Further, wood such as discarded wood is also crushed into about 5 to 10 mm square (25 to 100 square mm) by a crushing device. Thereafter, a sorting device (not shown) is used to remove iron scraps and the like, and the crushed wood is stored in the mixing device. The crushed papers and wood need not be stored in the mixing device together with the crushed waste plastic, and either one may be used.

The total amount of the paper 14 and the wood 16 is 30 to 50 parts by weight, and more preferably, the waste plastic is 100 parts by weight, and the paper and the wood 16 are 30 parts by weight.
When the mixed raw materials are stored in the hopper 2, the motor 5 is operated, and the heater 3A is energized, the waste plastic is heated to about 160 ° C to 280 ° C to be in a superplastic melting state, and various plastics are melted. The monomers fuse, and the papers and wood melt and intervene between the various plastic monomers. The raw material thus melted is pressure-fed to the nozzle 6 side as the rotary screw 4 rotates, and is extruded by the nozzle 6 having a circular cross section, for example. The primary molded product extruded as described above is slightly solidified by air cooling or water cooling. Then, the forming raw material having a circular cross section is passed through the rolling roller 7 to have a rectangular cross section, for example. After this, a molded product having a rectangular cross section is cut into a predetermined length by a cutter 10. The secondary molded product thus obtained is provided with, for example, holes and is arranged in a lattice pattern and fixed with screws to produce a pallet or the like for distribution and reuse.
