Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an efficient biodeodorant cartridge for a train storage type toilet using microorganisms for removing the bad smell of a train toilet. In particular, the present invention relates to a biodeodorant cartridge for a train-storing toilet using microorganisms that retains deodorant activity for a long period of time.

The mainstream is one that uses porous inorganic components such as activated carbon or zeolite. In these cases, the adsorbing power is certainly high, but basically, the malodor is not decomposed and removed, and there is a drawback that a large amount of malodor such as ammonia is inevitably emitted during a short period of use.

However, in practice, a cartridge which cannot solve the problems such as drying and which utilizes a microbial agent itself is practical. It has not been converted. In addition, those utilizing the above-mentioned physical adsorptive substances often miss the malodorous gas, and basically, the malodor is long-term,
It was difficult to remove. Furthermore, those using a liquid deodorant are not sufficient to deodorize and remove the malodorous gas emitted from the train storage toilet, and even if the deodorant itself is highly active, Sometimes the odor effect could not be exerted. In particular, it has been difficult to exert and realize the deodorizing effect over a long period of time.

It is practical, easy to handle and can be continued for a long time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a biodeodorant cartridge for a train storage type toilet having a stable deodorizing effect.

A biodeodorant cartridge for a train storage toilet using a bead containing a microbial production liquid component prepared by dropping it into a calcium solution. The microbial portion is composed of Bacillus genus, Streptococcus genus, Enterobacter genus, Rhizopus genus, Aspergillus genus, or a combination of two or more thereof. Further, as the nutritional source therefor, a carbon-based nutritional source is a sugar such as glucose,
It is preferable that the nitrogen-based nutrient source is a microbial liquid produced by culturing with ammonium chloride or ammonium sulfate.

Is placed in a deodorant container. In this case, the sodium alginate aqueous solution is necessary for gelation at a concentration of 1 to 3% by weight, and if it is less than 1% by weight, the gel is too soft, and if it exceeds 3% by weight, the viscosity of the aqueous solution becomes high. Becomes difficult. Further, the calcium chloride aqueous solution is necessary for gelation, and the range of 0.5 to 15% by weight is suitable, and
If it is less than 5% by weight, the gel is soft, and if it exceeds 15% by weight, it does not change.

That is, it produces an organic acid that neutralizes the malodorous source or an enzyme that decomposes the malodorous source. This deodorant active ingredient basically removes ammonia, which is the main source of malodor, and can exert its effect for a relatively long time. The gel beads contained in the biodeodorant cartridge for a train storage type toilet of the present invention is a calcium chloride solution containing a liquid containing 1 to 5% by weight of the microorganism-producing component and 1 to 3% by weight of sodium alginate. Calcium chloride needs to be contained in an amount of 1 to 15% by weight.

Gel beads having a diameter of 2 to 4 mm were obtained. This bead diameter is adjusted by adjusting the existence time at the nozzle part of the device for dropping the aqueous solution A while stirring the aqueous solution B.
Can be adjusted.

As shown in FIG. 2, the biodeodorant cartridge for a train storage type toilet of the present invention has the gel beads 2 manufactured as described above fastened by the upper and lower lids 4 having a large number of small holes 5. Fill into the cylindrical container 3. Then, this cartridge 3 was attached to the outlet of the exhaust pipe for a train storage type toilet as shown in FIG. That is, FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an exhaust pipe outlet to which the biodeodorant cartridge for a train storage type toilet of the present invention is attached. The cartridge 3 is stopped at the outlet of the exhaust pipe by a screw-in type fitting mechanism 8. The exhaust pipe outlet has a lid 6 provided at the outlet end, and a gap 7 is provided between the lid 6 and the outlet end.
However, a foul odor and exhaust gas are exhausted therethrough. The screw-in type fitting mechanism 8 is fixed to the center of the lid 6. That is, the malodorous gas 7 is exhausted through the gap between the gel beads filled in the cartridge of the present invention. This was attached to a small storage model toilet and tested. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

Summarizing them, the following remarkable technical effects are obtained. First, the biodeodorant cartridge for a train storage type toilet of the present invention has active deodorant properties for a long period of time, and makes use of enzymes and organic acids as active ingredients having a deodorant effect for a long period of time. The high activity could be continued, and the deodorizing effect, which was not initially predicted, could be almost completely maintained in the long term.
