【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、ミキサー等の調理機の容器蓋に関す
るものである。

(従来の技術) この種の容器蓋は内部に回転するカツター等の
攪拌翼を有する容器から内容物の飛び出しを防止
するために使用されているもので、攪拌翼による
高速攪拌により上昇する液体環が蓋を上方へ押し
て容器から放出されることがあるのを防止する改
良を施しているものが、実公昭57−24273号公報、
特公昭60−40848号公報、特公昭61−6646号公報
等に開示されている。

に密着させるため蓋の周面に複数に分割すると共
にそれぞれの下端を水平方向で揃えて各々を傾斜
させた弾性線状突起を設け、斜め方向から上昇す
る液体環を線状突起の傾斜により跳ね下げてシー
ルしかる洗滌を容易にすると共に前記の傾斜によ
つて液体混合物を溜めることなく流下させるもの
であり、特公昭60−40848号公報記載の発明は容
器内の液体の洩れの防止を目的とした構成であつ
て、内部に切削するカツターを設けたコツプとコ
ツプの上部に装備して該コツプの上面開口部を塞
ぐ蓋とを備え、その蓋の内面に、蓋取付時にコツ
プの開口部の内縁に接する単純な傾斜面をもつた
環状の突出部を形成したもので、蓋をコツプに取
付けることによりコツプの開口部の作用により自
動的にシールすることができるとしているが、コ
ツプの前記開口は小径にくびれているため、突出
部はコツプ内部を螺旋流となつて上昇する液体を
下方の渦流の中に不規則に下向させ、攪拌、混合
を促進するという効果が期待できない。また特公
昭61−6646号公報記載の発明は蓋本体の上面から
下面中央に円形に開口する充填漏斗の開口縁の外
周に、カツターの回転方向に合わせた接線方向の
リブを設け、カツターにより回転される液体(媒
体)が形成する液体環の上方への移動を前記のリ
ブに衝突させて渦流を生じさせ、この渦で蓋下面
から液体環上端を隔離して垂直上向き力を減少さ
せることにより確実に密封するものである。

防止を目的としたもので、内容物の混合攪拌の効
率向上を図るものでない。これを第6図によつて
説明すると、ミキサー容器内の液状混合物dは該
容器a内で回転する攪拌翼により、その回転力で
容器a内壁に沿つて上昇し線条突起cの下面に当
たり該突起cの傾斜方向へ弾ね返されることによ
り容器aからの漏れを防止している。すなわち前
記液状混合物dは容器a内壁と蓋bの線条突起c
との隙間Aに入り込んだ僅かな量の液状混合物d
を落として容器a外へ漏れを防ぐのである。また
第3図に示すように従来、攪拌・混合を良くする
ために容器1内面に線状の突条7を複数箇所設け
ている。これは攪拌翼3によつて回転する液状混
合物11が前記突条7に当たることにより、規則
的な流れを多少変動させるもので、螺旋流となつ
て容器内面1に沿つて上昇し中心方向に下向する
渦現象の働きは、総て攪拌翼3の回転に誘引され
て生じた単純な流れであつて攪拌・混合を促進す
るには不充分である。

ある。

は回転しつつ容器1の内周面から環状輪6に整流
状で押し出され、その下端縁から下方の液状環1
1の渦に落下する際、波形環状輪の作用によつて
多方向に散乱させて不規則な乱流とすることで攪
拌混合の作用効果を増加する。
