Moreover, since there is no need to connect a power cord, it is easy to carry.

With such seat cushions, the heat generated by the heat generating bag is simply stored in the pocket, so the heat generated by the heat generating bag concentrates on the pocket and cannot uniformly heat the entire surrounding area, and moreover, the heat is radiated to the outside. As the heat generated increases, the loss of heat increases, so it is necessary to store two or more heat-generating bags in a large seat cushion.

A heat-generating bag holding plate, a heat-generating bag, and a water-absorbing sheet that have heat diffusion and heat retention functions are arranged inside the seat cushion body to prevent the heat-generating bag from falling off and to transfer the heat generated by the heat-generating bag to the heat-generating bag holding plate. Heat can be uniformly transmitted to the entire seat cushion, and heat can be prevented from being radiated to the outside, especially toward the bottom part, and moisture released from the heat-generating bag is not absorbed and accumulated inside.

As shown in FIG. 1, the seat cushion main body 1 has a bag-like shape with a hollow part 5 in which a lower heat-insulating exterior 2 and an upper heat-insulating exterior 3 are separably connected with a connecting device 4 such as a fastener or button. The exteriors 2 and 3 are made of cloth on the outside 2a and 3a, and sponge on the inside 2b and 3b.

である。 A heat generating bag holding material 6 having heat diffusion and heat retention functions, such as a flexible combination of a heat insulating sheet 7 and a heat diffusion plate 8, is provided in the hollow part 5, and an upper space 5a and a lower space 5b are formed. A heat generating bag fixing member, for example a pocket 9, is formed in the upper space 5a.
A heat-generating bag 10 is stored in the pocket 9, and a water-absorbing sheet 11 is provided on the entire inner surface of the upper heat-insulating exterior 3. The water-absorbing sheet 11 is made of fibers having a water-absorbing function or paper impregnated with a moisture-absorbing agent in a lattice shape and a perforated shape. The material of the heat insulating sheet 7 is glass fiber, slag wool, diatomaceous earth, rock wool, silica fiber,
Calcium silicate, pearlite, vermiyukilite, asbestos, clay, rubber, ceramic, etc., and the material of the heat diffusion plate 8 is tin, silver foil, copper, aluminum, alumina, etc., and the heat diffusion plate 8 and the heat insulation sheet 7 It goes without saying that it should be thick enough so that when it is stored in a seat cushion, it will not feel bad from the outside when in use, and it should also maintain flexibility.

Furthermore, since the heat diffusion plate 8 is curved, an air layer exists between the heat generation bag 10 and the heat diffusion plate 8, so that the oxidative exothermic reaction continues smoothly within the heat generation bag 10.

The heat insulating sheet 7 may be attached in a corrugated manner to 3'. In this case, it goes without saying that the substrate 13 should be made of a material with good thermal conductivity, and the substrate 13' should be made of a heat insulating material.

A first temperature sensor was placed in the center of the inner surface of the waterproof sheet 11 in contact with the heat-generating bag 10, and second and third temperature sensors were placed on both sides of the inner surface of the waterproof sheet 11, and the temperature was measured over time. We obtained the results shown below. That is, about 20 minutes after use, there is a slight temperature difference of about 7° C., but an equilibrium state is maintained for a certain period of time.
