ン、アルギニン等の塩基性アミノ酸等を示す。これらの
高級脂肪酸塩(A)は、必ずしも脂肪酸塩として配合す
る必要はなく、脂肪酸と塩基を単独に配合して処方系の
中で脂肪酸塩を形成せしめてもよい。また、これらの高
級脂肪酸塩は、単独で又は2種以上を混合して用いても
