Problems such as not being able to easily align the position of the assembly or adjusting between parts, and furthermore, after welding work, it is necessary to confirm whether or not welding is complete, as well as finishing processes such as polishing. There was a hot spot.

The upper crosspiece 1 is formed by providing arcuate supporting notches 1b facing each other, and a groove 5c extending in the longitudinal direction is provided at the bottom of the hollow member having a polygonal cross section, and the upper crosspiece 1 is provided with a groove 5c extending in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface. Through-holes 5b are formed at equal intervals with the support notch 1b to form the lower crosspiece 5,
The upper crosspiece 1 and the lower crosspiece 5 are arranged such that the lower crosspiece 5 is located directly below the upper crosspiece 1 with a required spacing therebetween, and the upper crosspiece 1
It is arranged at the handrail installation point so that it is parallel to the handrail, and then it is attached to the support notch 1b of the upper crosspiece 1 so as to be swingable in the longitudinal direction of the upper crosspiece 1 along the erected surface of the partition wall 1d of the upper crosspiece 1. The engaging portion 2b has a threaded hole 2c and is slidable within the supporting notch 1b.
Insert the engaging member 2 formed into an arc shape into the upper crosspiece 1 through the groove 1c, change the direction with respect to the longitudinal direction, and engage the engaging portion 2b with the support notch 1b of the upper crosspiece 1. ある。 Further, the second invention provides a groove 1c extending in the longitudinal direction at the bottom of a hollow member having a polygonal cross-section, and arc-shaped supporting notches are provided at required intervals on the upper edge of the partition wall 1d extending on both sides of the groove 1c. The upper crosspiece 1 is formed by providing the portions 1b facing each other, and the upper crosspiece 1 is arranged at a handrail installation location, and then the partition wall 1d of the upper crosspiece 1 is installed.
It engages with the support notch 1b of the upper crosspiece 1 so as to be swingable in the longitudinal direction of the upper crosspiece 1 along the erected surface of the upper crosspiece 1, has a screw hole 2c, and can slide within the support notch 1b. Insert the engaging member 2 with the engaging part 2b formed into an arc shape into the upper crosspiece 1 through the groove 1c, change the direction with respect to the longitudinal direction, and insert the engaging member 2b into the supporting notch of the upper crosspiece 1. The upper end of the intervening member 3 that connects and partitions the upper crosspiece 1 and the handrail installation location by engaging with the intervening member 1b is connected to the upper end of the intervening member 3 by engaging with the intervening member 3 and the screw of the engaging member 2. It is attached to the engaging member 2 through the attachment member 4 having a screw 4b that is screwed into the hole 2c, and then the lower end of the intervening member 3 is attached to the handrail installation location, and the above-mentioned procedure is repeated to attach a plurality of intervening members 3. The handrail is manufactured by attaching the upper end to the upper crosspiece 1 and the lower end of the intervening member 3 to the handrail installation location.

る。[Function] The engaging portion 2b of the engaging member 2 is engaged with the supporting notch 1b of the upper crosspiece 1 arranged at the handrail installation location so as to be able to swing in the longitudinal direction of the upper crosspiece 1, and the engaging member 2 is screwed. 4b
The upper end of the intervening member 3 is attached to the fixed attachment member 4. Therefore, the interposed member 3 can be swingably suspended and supported by the upper crosspiece 1, and even if there is an error in the length dimension of the interposed member 3, the number of screw pitches of the screws 4b of the mounting member 4 can be changed. It is convenient because it can be absorbed by fine adjustment. Next, the lower end of the intervening member 3 is attached to the lower crosspiece 5, which is disposed directly below the upper crosspiece 1 in parallel and at an appropriate interval, with a screw 7 via an attachment auxiliary member 6. Alternatively, attach the lower end of the intervening member 3 to the handrail installation location. Since the handrail is manufactured by repeating the above-mentioned procedure, the handrail can be easily manufactured by screw connection without the need for welding, and it is advantageous that fine adjustments can be made on site.

がなく好都合である。 As shown in FIG. 8, the screws 4b of the mounting material 4 are inserted into the screw holes 2c of the engaging member 2, which is engaged and supported in the supporting notch 1b of the upper crosspiece 1 so as to be swingable in the longitudinal direction of the upper crosspiece 1 as described above. As shown, screw the fitting part 4a of the fitting material 4.
By applying adhesive to the outer periphery of the pipe 3 and fitting the upper end of the pipe 3 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 8, the upper end of the pipe 3 is attached to the upper crosspiece 1 and held suspended. Alternatively, the pipe 3 may be screwed to the mounting member 4 by providing a screw hole in the upper end thereof. Therefore, the screw 4b of the attachment material 4
By changing the number of pitches screwed into the screw holes 2c of the engaging member 2, the longitudinal dimension of the pipe 3 can be finely adjusted, and even if there is an error in the longitudinal dimension of the pipe 3, it can be corrected on site. It is convenient as there is no need to do any work.

In this state, pass the screw 7 from below through the through hole 6b of the mounting aid 6 and the through hole 5b of the lower crosspiece 5, and screw the screw 7 into the screw hole of the fitting material 8 fixed to the lower end of the pipe 3. Then, the lower end of the pipe 3 is fixed to the lower crosspiece 5 as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15. At this time, since the curved surface part 6c of the mounting aid 6 contacts the ceiling surface of the lower crosspiece 5, and the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 6b of the mounting aid 6 is fan-shaped, even if the lower crosspiece 5 is inclined. The mounting auxiliary material 6 rotates along the ceiling surface of the lower crosspiece 5, and the screws 7 are easily screwed in as shown in FIG.
can be placed in a vertical state without causing any hindrance to the installation of the pipe 3 to the lower crosspiece 5, and
The same mounting auxiliary material 6 can accommodate any inclination of the lower crosspiece 5, thereby improving the efficiency of on-site work.
