In the conventional dishwasher as described above, the wash water containing the residual food in the first pool 4 is made to flow to the second pool 20 via the drain pipe 19. The drainage pipe 19 may be clogged with residual food, or water may leak from the connection portion of the drainage pipe 19. Moreover, the residual food remaining in the first pool 4 after drainage was visible when the tableware 15 was taken out. Furthermore, in the conventional dishwasher, a relatively large amount of residual food adheres to the cleaning filter 7, and this cleaning filter 7
Cleaning was also difficult. The washing water was passing through the washing filter 7 to which the residual food was attached during washing and also during rinsing after draining the washing water. Therefore, clean wash water is not always circulated, and the tableware 15 cannot be washed cleanly.

In addition, the conventional dishwasher is usually equipped with a heater for heating the wash water to turn it into warm water for washing. However, when the heater is attached to the lower portion of the cleaning tank 2 in an exposed state, the plastic tableware 15 may drop on the heater and melt. Further, when the heater is installed in a circulating water channel such as a water supply pipe which is not directly visible from the inside of the cleaning tank 2, it is difficult to clean the cauldron and the like of the residual food adhering to the heater. Furthermore,
In the dishwasher in which the heater is attached to the back surface of the cleaning tank 2, the heat exchange rate when heating the cleaning water was not good.

In the filter device for a dishwasher having this structure, during normal cleaning, the cleaning water flows through the upper filter member 41 and the cleaning filter portion 42b of the leftover basket 42 to the water supply port 5 of the filter box 46 (see the figure). (Refer to the solid line arrow), the small residual food is the cleaning filter portion 42 of the residual food basket 42.
b and the upper surface of the upper filter member 41, and large residual foods are collected in the residual food filter portion 42c of the residual food basket 42. Also,
At the time of drainage, the cleaning water is drained from the drainage port 23 of the filter box 46 to the drainage pipe 24 via the drainage filter part 42c of the residual food basket 42 (see the solid arrow in the figure), and at this time, on the upper surface of the upper filter member 41. The attached residual food flows into the residual food basket 42 together with the cleaning water, and the residual food adhered to the cleaning filter portion 42b of the residual food basket 42 is also washed by the cleaning filter portion 4.
It flows into 2b. Therefore, even if new cleaning water for rinsing is supplied into the cleaning tank 2, there is not much residue left on the upper surface of the upper filter member 41 and the cleaning filter portion 42b of the residual food basket 42, and cleaning is performed here. Since water passes and circulates, it can be rinsed with clean wash water. The residual food collected in the residual food basket 42 of the filter device 40 can be disposed of by removing the residual food basket 42 by holding the handle 45, and the upper filter member 41 can be cleaned by removing it as necessary.

Therefore, the filter device for the dishwasher of this embodiment does not have a structure in which the cleaning water containing the residual food in the first pool 4 flows to the second pool 20 via the drain pipe 19 as in the conventional case. Therefore, the drainage pipe 19 may be clogged with residual food, or the drainage pipe 1
Water does not leak from the connection part of 9. Further, the residual food remaining in the residual food basket 42 of the post-drainage filter device 40 is not visible when the tableware 15 is taken out. Particularly, in the dishwasher filter device of the present embodiment, at the time of washing, the washing filter portion 4 of the upper filter member 41 and the residual food basket 42 is used.
The washing water flows to the water supply port 5 of the filter box 46 via 2b, and the large residual food is the residual food filter portion 42 of the residual food basket 42.
Collect in c. Further, at the time of drainage, the drainage port 23 of the filter box 46 is passed through the residual food filter portion 42c of the residual food basket 42.
The washing water is drained from the upper filter member 41 at this time.
Of the leftover food and the cleaning filter portion 42b of the residual food basket 42 flow into the residual food filter portion 42c of the residual food basket 42 together with the cleaning water. In this way, the flow of water passing through the filter device 40 changes between the time of washing and the time of draining, and the leftover food can be efficiently separated and collected. For this reason, the residue on the upper filter member 41 is unlikely to adhere to the upper filter member 41, and the relatively clean cleaning filter portion 42b of the upper filter member 41 and the residue basket 42 during cleaning and during rinsing after draining the cleaning water. Since the wash water passes and clean wash water constantly circulates, the dishes 15 can be washed cleanly. Moreover, the residual foods are collected in the residual food filter portion 42c of the residual food basket 42, the residual foods can be treated by removing the residual food basket 42, and the upper filter member 41 and the filter can be removed by removing the upper filter member 41. The inside of the box 46 can be cleaned. Therefore, the processing of the leftover food and the cleaning of the filter device 40 can be made extremely easy.

Therefore, even if the cleaning water flows directly through the cleaning heater 27 and the plastic tableware 15 drops from the baskets 14a and 14b during cleaning, the cleaning heater 27 is not directly touched. Therefore, there is no concern that the plastic tableware 15 is melted by heat. Moreover, the cleaning heater 27 is mounted in the filter box 46, and the cleaning heater 27 is removed from the cleaning tank 2 simply by removing the upper filter member 41.
You can clean the cabbage etc. As a result, there is no risk that plastic tableware will fall and melt, and
The cleaning heater 27 can be easily cleaned.

As described above, the filter device for a dishwasher according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises the filter box, the upper filter member, the leftover basket and the partition plate, and is provided on the bottom surface of the washing tank. The upper opening of the formed concave filter box is covered with a removable upper filter member consisting of a predetermined slope, and the leftover filter part is located on the drain port side of the filter box from above in the opening of this upper filter member. Attach a removable residue basket with the cleaning filter located on the water inlet side of the filter box, partition this residue basket vertically from the opening side to the middle with a partition plate, and collect the residue collected in the residue filter part. By preventing the vegetables from moving to the cleaning filter section, during cleaning, the cleaning water flows to the water supply port of the filter box through the upper filter member and the cleaning filter section of the residual basket. , Large residual food is collected in the residual food filter part of the residual food basket, and at the time of draining, the cleaning water is drained from the filter box drain port through the residual food filter part of the residual food basket. In addition, the residual food attached to the cleaning filter part of the residual basket flows into the residual food filter part of the residual basket together with the cleaning water, so the flow of water passing through the filter device during cleaning differs from that during drainage. Vegetables can be separated, and residual foods are unlikely to adhere to the upper filter member, so that clean washing water circulates and dishes can be washed cleanly even during washing and rinsing after draining the washing water. Moreover, clogging and water leakage of the leftover food can be prevented, the leftover food can not be seen when the tableware is taken out, and the treatment of the leftover food and cleaning of the filter device can be made extremely easy.
