本考案は、金型構造に関し、特に、シート材等

作によつて切断し、切断部に部品を成形する金型
の構造に関する。更に、特に本考案はカメラ等に
使う露出制御用羽根の構造に適する金型構造に関

び物品成形を行なう加工材を挿入し、
前記可動側型板の型閉じ操作によつて前記加工
材を切断して切断部を前記可動ダイ及び前記パン
チで保持し、
前記可動ダイのスプルー及び前記加工材に形成
した切込みを通して前記パンチのキヤビテイに樹
脂を射出して前記切断部に物品を成形するように
したことを特徴とする切断と物品成形を行なう金
型構造を提案することにより前記目的を達成す
る。

応答特性の向上。)
