ブルパイプで粉粒体供給機を周辺機器・構造体と
分離して重量計測して粉粒体供給量を算出する装
置が特開昭57−98425号公報に開示されている。

かかる粉粒体供給量測定方法を空気輸送型の粉
粒体定量供給装置において採用すれば空気輸送管
の高圧空気が貯室及び定量供給機構に作用して重
量測定に大きな誤差を発生させるし、又貯室に粉
粒体を投入する投入ホツパー側の空気圧も貯室に
作用し、大気圧との差圧でやはり重量測定に誤差
を発生させる。更に貯室と粉粒体投入管及び貯室
と空気輸送管とが連結されるため、これらの外周
機器の重量をも測定してしまうという問題点があ
つた。又、特開昭57−98425号公報開示の装置は、
ホツパーと貯室との間の粉粒体投入路にフレキシ
ブルパイプとその下方に設けた弁とを設ける構造
である。この構造では、弁を閉じてもフレキシブ
ルパイプ内にポツパーの粉粒体が充填し、ホツパ
ー側の粉粒体圧及び空気圧が弁を介して貯室に荷
重され、ホツパーの粉粒体圧・空気圧影響が重量
計に表わされて、正確な粉流体供給量を算出でき
ないという問題点がある。本発明はかかる空気圧
と外周機器重量の影響を巧みに解決して正確な粉
粒体供給量を測定できる構造の空気輸送型粉粒体
定量供給装置を提供せんとするものであり、その
要旨は貯室1の下部に定量供給機構2を設け、同
固定量供給機構でもつて移送される粉粒体を直接
貯室に近接して配置した空気輸送管3内に吐出す
る空気輸送型定量供給装置に於いて、貯室1の投
入口4と粉粒体投入管5とを途中にフレキシブル
ダクト6を介して接続して粉粒体投入路を形成す
るとともに、フレキシブルダクト6の両側それぞ
れに粉粒体投入路を気密状に開閉する弁7,8を
設け、これらの二つの弁7,8の間の粉粒体投入
路空間を大気に連通する大気解放路9を設け、又
空気輸送管3の吐出位置前後にフレキシブルダク
ト10,11を介在させ且つフレキシブルダクト
10,11間の空気輸送管混入部12を定量供給
装置に固着させ、更に空気輸送管3の空気と、貯
室1内の空気とを連通する均圧管13を設け、粉
粒体を収容した貯室1、定量供給機構2、空気輸
送管混入部12、下方側の弁7及びこれらの付属
機器の合計重量を計測する重量検出器14を備
え、同重量検出器の測定重量の変化から粉粒体供
給量を計測することを特徴とする空気輸送型粉粒
体定量供給装置にある。

粉粒体の変化分即ち粉粒体供給量として正確に測
定できる様にしている。
