Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ラツクを形設したピストンを有する複数のシリ
    ンダを略平行に配設したボデイと、上記シリンダ
    を閉鎖するカバー及びエンドプレートと、上記ラ
    ツクに噛合するピニオンとを備え、カバーに設け
    た一対の給排ポートからピストンで区画された圧
    力室に圧力流体を給排して、ピストンの直線往復
    動をピニオンの回転揺動に変換するラツクピニオ
    ン形揺動アクチユエータにおいて、 上記ボデイが、エンドプレート側の圧力室にそ
    れぞれ開口する複数の流路を備え、 上記カバーが、各給排ポートが個別に開口する
    複数の分配流路を設けたパツキンを備え、 対角線上にある各圧力室が、上記流路と分配流
    路によつて相互に連通している、 ことを特徴とするラツクピニオン形揺動アクチユ
    エータ。
