Claims (1)
- 半導体素子を搭載するアイランドと、このアイ
ランドの周辺近傍に配置されたリードとを有する
半導体装置用リードフレームにおいて、前記アイ
ランドに搭載する半導体素子の位置決めの目安と
なるための切欠きが前記アイランドの周辺に設け
られていることを特徴とする半導体装置用リード
フレーム。
