Cut out or punch out the required design or letters using a knife, metal mold, etc., and sew it onto the back of the shirt, chest, arms, or other necessary places by hand or with a sewing machine, or
Alternatively, hot-melt resin film is adhered to one side of the mark fabric material by heat, and the required pattern or letter shape is cut out or punched out along the cut-off line marked on the back side in the same way as above, and the film is heat-adhered to a shirt, etc. A known method is to apply pressure to melt the hot melt resin adhered to the mark material to adhere the mark.

悪い等の欠点が存在した。 By the way, in the former method, when making a pattern or character mark, the surface of the fabric member is stained with a writing instrument, thereby losing its usefulness as a mark, and the surrounding area of the mark is sewn, regardless of its size, so it cannot be used to remove personal names, etc. The use of multiple designs and letters, such as the above, requires effort and time, and is extremely inefficient due to individual differences in sewing techniques, and also poses problems in terms of aesthetics and texture. , there is no need to sew as in the former case, and the hot-melt resin film is heat-adhered to one side of the mark fabric, melted under heat and pressure, and then adhered to the shirt, etc. However, there is a large amount of hot-melt resin on the mark fabric material. As it melts and flows in, it hardens the mark fabric material, impairs its elasticity, and together with the fact that the mark fabric material is not a flocked fabric, it significantly impedes the feel of the mark fabric, resulting in poor texture. Inserting marks along the cutting lines on the surface with a writing instrument contaminates the fabric, so if marks are placed on the back side and cut, the marks must be placed in the opposite direction, resulting in extremely poor workability. .

A first adhesive layer 2 is layered using a material formed by mixing a resin agent 7, and a sheet-like fabric member 3 made of woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc. is further adhered to the surface of the first adhesive layer 2. Furthermore, a second adhesive layer 4 made of the same material as the first adhesive layer 2 is adhered to the surface of the sheet-like fabric member 3, and the surface of the second adhesive layer 4 is coated with rayon, nylon, etc. By forming a flocked layer 6 by densely flocking short fibers 5 made of a material such as polyester or tetoron, a pattern member 16 such as a necessary design or letter can be used for clothing such as T-shirts, bags, etc. In order to adhere and form a workpiece surface 10 which is a member 9 to be adhered, etc., the flocked fabric 8 for thermal adhesion of this invention is used to form a piece 11 of the adherent member 11 with a required pattern or character.
The adhesive member piece 11 is first placed on the surface 10 to be processed, so that the overall balance can be sufficiently observed and determined before adhering.

When heated, the melted hot melt resin 7 flows into the structure of the processed surface 10, and as the processed surface 10 cools after heating, the hot melt resin 7 that has flowed in is fixed and forms a strong adhesive state.

A pattern member 16 is formed by thermally adhering a pattern member piece 15 to a member 9 to be adhered, such as a shirt, which has elasticity by intervening and adhering a sheet-like fabric member 3 formed of a knitted fabric or the like. Even if the pattern member 16 stretches more than the fabric member 3 stretches, the spacing between the short fibers 5 of the densely flocked flocked layer 6 becomes wider, and the texture and aesthetics of the flocked layer 6 are not impaired. Furthermore, due to excessive stretching, the adhered member 9, the first adhesive layer 2,
There is no fear that the adhesive condition between the five layers between the fabric member 3, the second adhesive layer 4, and the flocked layer 6 will deteriorate and that it will not be able to hold for a long time, and three-dimensional and beautiful designs or letters can be obtained. It is something.
