本発明は、乾燥器などの載置棚として好適に用いられる

度が不均一になり、均一な処理効果を達成できない問題
があった。そこで、このような問題を解消するため、容
器内部の棚にヒータを内蔵させて熱伝導を改良すること
が試みられているが、ヒータ近傍が局部加熱されるため

プレートヒータの内部に封入される発熱体は、通常の電

定に使用できる。なお、更に高温で使用する場合にはI
n、 Zn、 Pbなとの低融点金属を利用できる。但
し、この場合には熱媒体用金属と発熱体とを電気的に絶
縁することが必要である。シリコーン油、有機フッ素油
、またはアルキルナフタレンなどはプレートヒータに封
入された後は空気酸化されないため劣化し難く長期間使
用できる。なお、プレートヒータに気密シールされた開
口を設ければ、熱媒体の封入や詰替えが容易になり好ま

うに蛇行して配設されており、その両端は接続端子13
を介して板状部材11の側端に固定されている。接続端
子13の先端は外部に突出しており、該板状部材11を
支持する外部のブラッケト14に設けた差込み15に嵌
着される。該板状部材11の内部には液状熱媒体のシリ
コーン油が発熱体12を浸漬するように充填され封入さ
