に搬送される青果物を搬送路の該当する排出位置

して青果物を選別することを特徴とするものであ

より、特に傷み易い高級な完熟果実でも大量に選

ハイドロダンパーに接続して設けられ所定方向に
水の流れる水槽に送り込むと共に、該水槽を巾方
向に複数列に区画した水路に等級別に分類して供
給し、該水路で等級別に搬送される青果物をコン
ベアを用いてそれぞれ等級別に水路から引き上げ
搬送して水切り処理し、該水切り処理して等級別
に搬送される青果物を搬送途中に測定装置により
青果物の大きさを測定し、この結果に基づき演算
装置により当該青果物の階級を判定し、該階級判
定されて等級別に搬送される青果物を搬送路の該
当する排出位置から等級別階級別にウオーターコ
ンベア上に排出して青果物を選別することを特徴
とする青果物の選別方法。 2 前記水切り処理には水路から引き上げた青果
物に温熱水シヤワーを浴びせたあと冷風を吹付け
るようにしたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
1項記載の青果物の選別方法。 3 前記ウオーターコンベアは、所定温度にコン
トロールされた水を用いたことを特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の青果物の選別
方法。 4 青果物が水中に供給されるハイドロダンパー
と、該ハイドロダンパーに接続して設けられ、所
定方向に水が流れる水槽を巾方向に複数列に区画
することで青果物を等級別に搬送するための水路
を形成した移送手段と、該移送手段の搬送路で搬
送される青果物をそれぞれ等級別に水路から引き
上げ水切り処理する水切り処理手段と、 該水切り処理した青果物をそれぞれ等級別に搬
送する各搬送路の途中で青果物の大きさを測定し
て階級判定し、該階級判定された青果物を該当す
る排出位置から等級別階級別に排出する選別手段
と、 該選別手段に各排出位置に対応して設けられ、
該排出位置から排出される青果物を受けて所定方
向に搬出するウオーターコンベアとからなること
を特徴とする青果物の選別装置。 5 前記移送手段は、その上流側の所定の水路
に、水中の青果物を引き上げて再び水中に戻すコ
ンベアを有し、且つこのコンベアの下流側の水路
の巾を青果物の等級比率に応じて所定長さに形成
したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第4項記載
の青果物の選別装置。 6 前記水切り処理手段は、青果物を温浴させる
温熱水シヤワー装置と、温浴後の青果物表面の水
滴を除去する送風装置とから構成されることを特
徴とする特許請求の範囲第4項又は第5項記載の
青果物の選別装置。 7 前記ウオーターコンベアは、その終端部に開
閉可能なゲートを有することを特徴とする特許請
求の範囲第4項乃至第6項のいずれかに記載の青
