[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、シート状になつているビニール、ポ
リエチレン、ナイロン等の高分子フイルムを重ね
て溶着するときに用いる高分子フイルムの接合装
置に関するもので、とりわけシールド工法の不透

[従来の技術]

[考案が解決しようとする問題点]

も、種々の要因で高分子フイルムの送り速度に不
規則な変化が生ずることがある。このため送り速
度が遅くなつた場合には高分子フイルムは溶けて
穴があき、送り速度が早くなつた場合には重ねて
ある高分子フイルムが十分に溶着されず、共に接

[問題点を解決するための手段]
本考案は、超音波発生器および振動子と、重ね

付け手段と、高分子フイルムの送り装置とを備え
て高分子フイルムを連続的に溶着させる接合装置
において、高分子フイルムの送り速度を検出する
センサーと、該センサーで検出した高分子フイル
ムの送り速度に応じて前記押付け手段を制御する
押付け力制御装置と、を備えた高分子フイルムの

化し、高分子フイルム5,6の適正な接合が行な
