入つたプローブ接続用中心導体の先端に設けた金
属製のプローブとを備え、 プローブがプローブ接続用中心導体の長手方向
に移動調整が可能な構造を有し、かつプローブは
該箱の穴側にテーパ部を有し、かつ支持体の位置
は固定金具端面より内側に設けられていることを
