The present invention relates to a detergent composition that is mild and has a conditioning effect on the skin and hair, and has excellent detergency and foaming power. Traditionally, surfactants used in detergents include
Anionic surfactants such as soaps, alkyl sulfates, alkyl sulfonates, polyoxyethylene alkyl sulfates, and alkylbenzene sulfonates have been used. Although these bases are very excellent in terms of foaming and detergency, they have the following drawbacks or lack of performance. It is irritating and is not suitable for children, people with sensitive scalps, or people with easily damaged hair. It cannot be expected to repair hair damaged by perms, hair dye, or brushing. There is a concern about rough hands. Therefore, a method is to use a product based on N-acyl amino acid salt, which is gentle on the scalp and hands and has a conditioning effect on the hair, and a method of blending N-acyl amino acid salt with an imidazoline type amphoteric surfactant. Although attempts have also been made recently, satisfactory detergent compositions have not been obtained due to insufficient foaming. By combining a specific betaine-type amphoteric surfactant and an N-acyl neutral amino acid salt, the present inventors have improved the drawbacks of , and have created a detergent composition that has even better detergent and foaming power. The inventors discovered that a product can be obtained and completed the present invention. That is, the present invention provides at least one betaine type amphoteric surfactant represented by the following general formula (1) and N
- A cleaning composition containing an acyl neutral amino acid salt as an essential component is provided. (However, in the formula, RCO- represents an acyl residue of a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 8 to 20 carbon atoms,
R' and R'' each represent the same or different alkyl groups having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n is 2 or 3, and m is an integer of 1 or 2.) The general formula used as the base of the present invention ( Compounds represented by 1) include coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, lauric acid amidopropyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, stearic acid amidopropyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, ricinoleic acid amidopropyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, and amidopropyl laurate. Examples include diethylaminoacetic acid betaine, coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyldimethylaminopropionic acid betaine, coconut oil fatty acid amidoethyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, etc. The acyl group of the N-acyl neutral amino acid salt has a carbon number
It has 10 to 20 saturated or unsaturated fatty acid residues, and neutral amino acids such as N-methyl-β-alanine and sarcosine are used as amino acids. These amino acids may be either optically active or racemic. Salt types include alkali metals such as sodium and potassium,
Ammoniums, alkanolamines such as triethanolamine and diethanolamine, and basic amino acids such as arginine, ornithine, and lysine are used. Note that this basic amino acid may be either an optically active form or a racemic form. The mixing weight ratio of the betaine type surfactant represented by general formula (1) and the N-acyl neutral amino acid salt is 95:
5 to 5:95, preferably 90:10 to 10:90, and there is little effect outside this range. The concentration of the essential components of the present invention varies depending on the form of the cleaning agent, the type of acyl group, alkyl group, amino group, salt, etc., but it is 10 to 40% for liquid products and 15% for paste and cream products. ~70% is preferred.
Depending on the type of N-acyl neutral amino acid salt, solid or powdered products are also possible. The cleaning composition of the present invention may contain foaming enhancers, drugs, disinfectants, fragrances, pigments, etc. depending on the purpose.
Auxiliary agents commonly used in cosmetics and detergents can be added to the extent that they do not impair the characteristics. In order to produce various detergents based on the composition of the present invention, the betaine type surfactant represented by the general formula (1), an N-acyl neutral amino acid salt, and optionally an auxiliary agent are added. A common manufacturing method used by those skilled in the art may be adopted by adding the necessary amount of water depending on the form. The cleaning composition thus obtained has the following excellent properties. Gentle on hair, scalp and hands. It has the effect of repairing hair damaged by perms, hair dye, brushing, etc. It lathers well and has good cleaning power, giving your hair a moist texture after washing. It is possible to manufacture cleaning agents with a wide pH range, from weak acidity to weak alkalinity. Shows good foaming even in hard water. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to Examples.
In addition, all "parts" in the examples are parts by weight. Examples 1 to 4, Comparative Examples 1 to 2 The liquid shampoo shown in Table 1 (numbers in the table are based on weight %) was prototyped and commercially available with an active agent concentration of 20% based on sodium lauryl sulfate. Comparing shampoo and foaming. In a panel of 20 people (10 men, 10 women): ● Those who answered that it was better than commercial products: +1 point ● Those who answered that it was the same as commercial products: 0 points ● Those who answered that it was worse than commercial products: -1 point The following judgments were made based on the total scores: +20~+10 〇 +9~-10 △ -11~-20 ×
