に接触する受電用端子が設けられたバツテリー取
付台を備えたことを特徴とする、磁気浮上搬送装
置。 (2) 前記バツテリーの上部にはワークを載置す
るための荷受台が設けられていて、 前記給電用端子は前記バツテリの底部に設けら
れかつ前記給電用端子と前記受電用端子は前記バ
ツテリーの取付位置を位置決めするために兼用さ
れることを特徴とする、請求項第1項記載の磁気
浮上搬送装置。
