The present invention has been made in response to the above-mentioned needs, and its object is to provide an elastic material having flexible elastic properties that abuts the upper stay from the side and from at least one of the above and below. A member is provided on the upper part of the side bag, and the side bag is attached to the upper stay with the elastic member interposed, and a hook is provided on the lower part of the side bag, and the hook and the lower stay engage with each other to attach the side bag to the upper stay. By locking the body, it is possible to effectively and reliably absorb both the relative vibrations in the width direction and the vertical direction of the car body, such as when the bag rattles against the stay due to car body vibration. To provide a side bag vibration isolation structure with high vibration isolation effect.

Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to form an uneven portion, that is, a wave-shaped portion consisting of alternately continuous peaks and valleys, on the contact surface of the elastic member with the stay, and to form a wave-shaped portion in which the wave-shaped portion is made up of alternating continuations of peaks and valleys. Due to its softer flexibility, it is possible to provide an appropriate amount of flexibility stroke necessary to press and bias the bag when it is attached to the stay, and the side bag can absorb vibrations such as initial rattling even more softly. It provides an anti-vibration structure.

As shown in FIG. 3 (cross-sectional view taken along the line 3-3 in FIG. 2), a vibration-proof rubber 20 according to the present invention is provided by a grommet on the upper part of the mounting surface of the side bag 15 on the vehicle body side. It has a substantially L-shaped cross section so as to come into contact with the upper horizontal rod portion 12 of the bag stay 10 from the sides and below. That is, the rubber 20, which has a substantially L-shaped cross section, has an upright wall portion 22 that sufficiently wraps the abutment surface 21 with the stay 10 on the upper transverse rod portion 12 from the side, and a protrusion that sufficiently wraps from below. Since it is composed of a piece-like lower wall part 23,
If the bug 15 is attached to the stay 10 by pressing it as shown by arrow P with the rubber 20 interposed, it will not only prevent the bug 15 from rattling in the width direction of the vehicle body against the stay 10 due to vehicle body vibration, but also prevent vertical vibration. The flexible and elastic properties of the rubber 20 also prevent vibration in the upright wall portion 22 and lower wall portion 23.
It will be absorbed and buffered respectively. Especially the third
As shown in the figure, since the rubber 20 has a protruding lower wall portion 23, the hook protruding from the lower part of the bag 15 can be brought into pressure contact with the lower horizontal rod portion 11 of the stay 10 from above due to its flexible elasticity. Therefore, vibration of the bag 15 relative to the stay 10 can be effectively and reliably absorbed.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4 (cross-sectional view taken along the line 4-4 in FIG. 2), there is a vibration-proof structure with a substantially L-shaped cross section similar to that described above between the upper front part of the side bag 15 and the side grip 8 provided at the lower edge of the rear cowl 6. Even if the rubber 24 is provided in the bag so that the rubber 24 is interposed, a high vibration-proofing effect can be similarly achieved.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, uneven portions, that is, peaks 28 and troughs 29, are formed on the contact surface 26 of the vibration-proof rubber 25, which has a substantially L-shaped cross section similar to the above, and which contacts the stay 10 and the side grip 8. By forming the wave-shaped portions 27 that are alternately continuous, advantages in mounting the bag 15 to the stay 10 and a further vibration-proofing effect can be exhibited. That is, since the ridges 28 and troughs 29 of the wave-shaped portion 27 are formed continuously in the length direction of the stay 10, the softer flexibility of the wave-shaped portion 27 allows the bag 15 to be pressed to the stay 10 in the attached state. The rubber 25 can be provided with an appropriate amount of flexibility stroke necessary for the movement, and vibrations such as initial rattling can be absorbed more softly.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
has a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section, and the contact surface 3 with the stay 10
1 is formed in a U-groove shape, it goes without saying that vibrations of the bag 15 relative to the stay 10 in the width direction and vertical direction of the vehicle body can be absorbed. In the figure, 16 is a hook.

By the way, considering the case where a rear passenger sits on the seat of a motorcycle, it is desirable to provide the side bags at the rear of the vehicle body in consideration of interference with the legs, and therefore the same applies to the side bag stays. Furthermore, if it is intended to increase the size of the side bag, the stay will naturally also increase in size, and the rear upper part 80a of the stay 80 similar to that described above may end up wrapping around the reflector 70 of the rear cowl 6, as shown in FIG. If the side bag is removed from the stay 80 in this state, the reflector 7 will appear as shown in the figure.
This is not preferable because the visible part of 0 has a small area.

As is clear from the above, in the vibration isolation structure according to the present invention, an elastic member having flexible elastic properties is provided in the upper part of the side bag so as to contact the upper stay from the side and from at least one of the above and below. The side bag is attached to the upper stay with the elastic member interposed therebetween, and a hook is provided at the lower part of the side bag, and the hook and the lower stay engage to lock the lower part of the side bag. Furthermore, the bag, which rotates around the lower stay, is mounted with the elastic member guiding the upper stay. Further, an uneven portion, that is, a wave-shaped portion in which peaks and valleys are alternately continued, is formed on the contact surface of the elastic member with the upper stay, and the softer flexibility of the wave-shaped portion It is possible to provide an appropriate amount of flexible stroke necessary to press and bias the attached bag against the stay. Therefore, it effectively suppresses vibrations in both the width direction and the vertical direction of the vehicle body, such as rattling of the bag due to vehicle body vibration.
It has many advantages, such as being able to absorb it reliably and also being able to reliably set the side bag when attaching it.
