Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１の流体Ａと第２の流体Ｂとを混合する際、
    一定比率制御と定量制御の双方を実行する流体混
    合制御装置であつて、 第１の流体用の制御弁２ａの開閉を制御する調
    節計ＦＩＣＡと、 第２の流体用の制御弁２ｂの開閉を制御する調
    節計ＦＩＣＢと、 前記第１の調節計ＦＩＣＡに目標値ＳＶを設定
    して、第１の流体Ａの仕込み量を制御する第１の
    定量設定器ＦＱＡと、 前記第２の調整計ＦＩＣＢに目標値ＳＶを設定
    して、第２の流体Ｂの仕込み量を制御する第２の
    定量設定器ＦＱＢと、 第１および第２の流体の全体（Ａ＋Ｂ）の仕込
    み量を管理する第３の定量設定器ＦＱｔｏｔａｌ
    と、 該第３の定量設定器ＦＱｔｏｔａｌの出力値を
    、予め決定された第１および第２の流体の混合比
    率にしたがつて分配し、その分配した信号のそれ
    ぞれを前記第１の定量設定器ＦＱＡならびに第２
    の定量設定器ＦＱＢに供給する比率分配器４とを
    有することを特徴とする流体混合制御装置。
