Claims (19)
- 1.内燃機関のノッキング制御方法であって、気筒のノッキングの際に、少なく とも1つの当該気筒の点火角遅角調整を行い、引き続き点火角度のリセット調整 を行うノッキング制御方法において、 内燃機関の排ガス温度(TAb)に依存する点火角限界値(αor■■■)に達 した際、ターボ過給器付内燃機関の充填圧(P)を低下し、 点火角度(α)のリセット調整により新たに点火角限界値(αor■■■)に達 すると直ちに、充填圧(P)を再び上昇させ、 内燃機関のそれぞれの動作状態に依存して、調整される充填圧値を適応型プロセ ス制御のために記憶し、同じ動作状態に新たに到達する際、初期値として用いる ことを特徴とするノッキング制御方法。
- 2.それぞれの動作状態に依存して、調整された点火角度(α)を、適応型プロ セス制御のために各気筒毎に記憶する請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.点火角遅角調整および点火角度(α)のリセット調整はステップ毎に行う請 求項1または2記載の方法。
- 4.充填圧低下および充填圧上昇はステップ毎に行う請求項1から3までのいず れか1記載の方法。
- 5.点火角調整は動作状態に依存する点火角特性フィールド値(αk■■n)を 基に行う請求項1から4までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 6.瞬時の点火角度(α)を、有効点火角特性フィールド値(αk■■n)と点 火角遅角調整成分(Δα)との和から合成する請求項1から5までのいずれか1 記載の方法。
- 7.点火角限界値(αor■■■)を、点火角特性フィールド値(αk■■■) と、充填圧(Plat)および内燃機関の回転数(n)に依存する増加点火角( Δαnm)とから合成する請求項1から6までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 8.点火角遅角調整成分(Δα)が増加点火角(Δαnm)よりも大きいかまた は同じときに、充填圧低下を行う請求項1から7までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 9.充填圧低下は次のようにして行う、すなわち、瞬時の動作状態に相応する充 填圧目標値(P■■ll)と、周囲圧に相応し、動作状態に依存しない通常充填 圧目標値(P■oll■aorm)との差を形成し、適応係数(FAd)を乗算 するようにして行う請求項1から8までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 10.それぞれ瞬時の適応係数(FAd)を、吸気温度(TA■n)および内燃 機関の同転数(n)に依存して適応特性フィールドに記憶する請求項1から9ま でのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 11.各適応係数(FAd)に吸気温度領域と回転数領域を配属する請求項1か ら10までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 12.適応特性フィールドを書き込み読み出し可能記憶装置(RAM)に記憶す る請求項1から11までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 13.適応係数(FAd)の記憶は、内燃機関の温度(TMoc)が作動開始温 度(TFrol)よりも大きいときにのみ行う請求項1から12までのいずれか 1記載の方法。
- 14.内燃機関の新たな始動の際であって、かつ温度(TMoc)が作動開始温 度(TpFrol)以下の場合、ただ1つの適応係数(FAdo)をすべての動 作状態に対して作用させ、この適応係数は新たな始動後に中性初期値“1”にセ ットする請求項1から13までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 15.充填圧目標値(PBoll)を内燃機関の回転数(n)およびスロットル バルブ開度(DK)に依存するようにする請求項1から14までのいずれか1記 載の方法。
- 16.内燃機関の新たな始動の際であって、かつ温度(TMoc)が作動開始温 度(TFrol)以上の場合、記憶されている適応係数(FAd)から出発する 請求項1から15までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 17.適応係数(FAdoないしFAd)の増大は、スロットルバルブ開度(D K)が最小値(DKmin)を上回っているときのみ行う請求項1から16まで のいずれか1記載の方法。
- 18.最小値(DKmin)を内燃機関の回転数(n)に依存するようにした請 求項1から17までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 19.限界値(αGr■■■)を、すべての気筒の遅角調整の個々の角度の和か ら合成する請求項1から18までのいずれか1記載の方法。
