In order to improve the strength and abrasion resistance of functional sports shoes such as tennis shoes and basketball shoes, and to withstand long-term use, for example, the toe part of the shoe cover 1 is made as shown in Fig. 1. 2
It is known that a reinforcing piece 4 is fixed to the heel part 3. However, fixing the reinforcing piece 4 creates a problem in that the bending part becomes thicker and the flexibility of the shoe during walking is poor, so conventionally, as shown in FIG. A wide notch 5 was provided so that bending would not be hindered. However, since a portion of the reinforcing piece 4 is cut out wide, the reinforcing effect is halved, resulting in a decrease in strength, resulting in insufficient durability.

That is, the present invention provides a shoe in which a reinforcing piece is attached to cover the toe part of the toe, and a linear cut part is inserted through the reinforcing piece on the side of the bending part of the reinforcing piece to facilitate bending. The gist of the shoe is that a plurality of linear cut sections are provided in parallel, the length of the linear cut sections is 15 mm to 25 mm, and the interval between the linear cut sections is 1.5 mm to 7.0 mm.

以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基き説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 11 denotes a toe cover, 12 a reinforcing piece provided to cover the toe part of the toe cover 11, and the reinforcing piece 12
A notch 15 serving as a linear cutting portion is provided in the side portion 14 of the bent portion 13 of the reinforcing piece 12 . A plurality of the notches 15 are arranged in a linear manner in a direction substantially along a bending line (not shown) that occurs when the shoe is bent during walking. Reference numeral 16 denotes a thread sewn around the cut 15 and across the reinforcing piece 12 and the lace cover 11. As the material of the reinforcing piece 12, known materials such as natural leather, artificial leather, and other leathers are used. Although known materials can be used for the cover 11, the use of a breathable material is extremely beneficial in providing breathability. That is, since the notch 15 provided in the reinforcing piece 12 opens when the reinforcing piece 12 is bent when the shoe is worn, if the shoe cover 11 is made of a breathable material, the inside and outside of the shoe will be ventilated through the notch 15, and the shoe will be closed. This improves breathability and prevents feet from getting stuffy.

As shown in the figure, the cover 11 has an outer layer 17 and an intermediate layer 1.

A three-layer structure including an inner layer 19 may be used, and the outer layer 17 may be made of Tetron mesh, the intermediate layer 18 may be made of polyurethane foam, and the inner layer 19 may be made of tricot or the like. In addition, 23 is an insole made of, for example, cloth 20, rubber sponge 21, and cardboard 22, 24 is a core sole made of, for example, rubber sponge, and 25 is a sole made of, for example, rubber.

In the above embodiment, the cut 15 is used as a linear cutting part.
However, as shown in FIG. 4, a slit-like elongated hole 26 may be provided as the linear cut portion.
Reference numeral 16 denotes a thread sewn around the elongated hole 26 across the reinforcing piece 12 and the sleeve 11. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a small hole row 28 in which a plurality of small holes 27 are arranged in a linear manner may be provided as the linear cut portion. 29 is reinforcing piece 1

Since the sleeve cover 11 is exposed through the cover, if the sleeve cover 11 is made of a breathable material, it is effective in improving air permeability. Note that the cutout portion 29 can be similarly provided in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 4.

As mentioned above, the notch 15, the long hole 26, the small hole row 2
By providing 8, the force is dispersed during bending, and the reinforcing piece 12 is easily deformed. Therefore, when walking on the ground, the bending part 12 becomes easy to bend. Notch 15, long hole 26, small hole row 2 when bent
8 is deformed, but especially in the case of the notch 15 and the elongated hole 26, by suturing the periphery of these with the thread 16, it is possible to prevent tearing or tearing due to repeated deformation. Furthermore, even if the notches 15, the elongated holes 26, and the rows of small holes 28 are provided, there is no risk of small gravel or the like getting into the inside of the shoe because the burlap 11 exists on the inner surface of the reinforcing piece.

As explained above, the present invention has a linear cut portion of 15 mm to 25 mm in length on the side of the bent portion of the reinforcing piece.
Since a plurality of reinforcing strips are provided in parallel at intervals of 1.5 mm to 7.0 mm, the force is dispersed during bending by the linear cut portions, making it easier to deform the reinforcing strips. Even if the thickness of the bending portion increases, the flexibility during walking is good and the shoe is comfortable to wear. In addition, since the present invention improves flexibility by using a linear cut, unlike the conventional case where a wide cutout is provided,
It does not cause a decrease in the strength of the reinforcing piece and has excellent durability. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of simultaneously solving the contradictory technical problems of improving flexibility and improving durability.
