Since the parison is expansion molded and the fiber sheet is adhered to its surface, there is no problem in attaching it to the entire surface of the hollow body even if the decorative member covers the entire surface of the cavity. When it is necessary to partially apply a decorative member to the surface of the hollow body, the decorative member must be inserted into the mold surface.

特徴とする中空体の製造方法。Means for Solving the Problems The present invention achieves its objectives by the following method. In other words, it is a method for obtaining a hollow body in which a decorative member such as cloth is placed between a split mold and a parison, and the decorative member is affixed to the surface of the hollow body by blow molding. Blow molding is performed with a sandwiching member interposed between the parison and the decorative member that partially prevents contact between the parison and the decorative member, and after the mold is released, the sandwiching member is peeled off from the surface of the hollow body and a portion is placed on the surface of the hollow body. 1. A method for manufacturing a hollow body, characterized by forming a portion to which a decorative member is not attached.

A sandwiching member that partially prevents contact between the parison and the decorative member is interposed, and the sandwiching member is peeled off from the surface of the hollow body after mold release, so that a portion where the decorative member is not stuck is formed on the surface of the hollow body. be done. Note that the shape of the sandwiching member is arbitrary as long as the overall shape is maintained, so it is possible to form various decorative patterns on the surface of the hollow body to be blow-molded using the decorative member.

してもよい。 In FIG. 1, 1 is one of the split molds, and a cavity 2 is formed inside the mold. Reference numeral 3 denotes a sandwich member, and this sandwich member 3 is large enough to cover the entire surface of one mold 1, and a window-shaped opening 3' is formed in a part thereof to match the shape of the cavity 2. has been done. 4 is a decorative member such as cloth, and this decorative member 4 is large enough to cover the entire surface of the cavity 2;
It is attached to a holding member 4' that has been previously formed to fit the shape of. The mounting member 4 is closely held on the outside of the sandwiching member 3, that is, on the side of the cavity 2 (see FIGS. 3 and 4).
For the sandwich member 3, a synthetic resin having excellent heat insulation and heat resistance such as Teflon or polyester, or a metal material such as aluminum or iron is used. In addition, the decorative member 4 is made of natural fibers such as cotton, linen, wool, silk, etc., recycled fibers such as vinylose rayon, copper ammonia rayon, etc., and synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, acrylic, vinylon, polypropylene, polyurethane, etc. Furthermore, these blended fibers, fibers obtained by processing these fibers, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, and sheared and raised fabrics are used. Alternatively, the hair may be directly planted on the holding member 4'.

る。 As shown in FIG. 2, in order to blow mold the hollow body 5 to which the decorative member 4 is partially attached, first, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 8, the cavity 2 side of the sandwiching member 3 is The decorative member 4 is held in place, and the sandwiching member 3 is fitted into one of the molds 1. Next, one mold 1 and the other mold 7 are made to face each other with the parison 6 in between, and the molds 1 and 7 are closed and pressurized fluid is injected into the parison 6 to expand the parison 6 and mold it. At this time, the decorative member 4 held by the pinching member 3 is adhered to the surface of the hollow body 5 together with the pinching member 3. However, since the part of the decorative member 4 that corresponds to the sandwiching member 3 does not adhere to the surface of the hollow body 5, if the sandwiching member is peeled off from the surface of the hollow body 5 after releasing the mold, the surface of the hollow body 5 will be partially decorated. A portion 5a to which the member 4 is not attached can be formed.

In a method for obtaining a decorated hollow body, blow molding is performed by interposing a pinching member that partially prevents contact between the parison and the decorative member between a decorative member such as cloth and the parison, and after releasing the mold, the pinching member is removed. Since it is peeled off from the surface of the hollow body to form a part on the surface of the hollow body where the decorative member is not attached, any part of the surface of the hollow body can be removed by simply changing the shape of the sandwiching member as appropriate. This has the effect that a decorative member such as cloth can be easily and accurately attached to a portion of the area.
