本考案は昇華転写法によつて昇華性パターン層
を被転写材表面に転写するための転写シートに関

昇華転写法によりパターン層を被転写材に転写

シートでは基材シートとしてポリエチレンテレフ
タレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、塩化ビ
ニル、ナイロン、セロフアン、グラシン紙、クラ
フト紙、コート紙、アート紙等や、合成樹脂シー
ト又はフイルムや紙等とアルミニウム箔とを積層
したシート等を用いている。

本考案者は上記課題を解決するため鋭意研究し
た結果、紙質層を含有する基材シートの紙質層の
表裏両面にポリビニルアルコールからなるプライ
マー層を設けて反り防止処理を施すことにより、
シートの反りの発生を防止でき、歪なく高精度で
パターンの転写を行い得ることを見出し本考案を
完成するに至つた。

が用いられ、プライマー層５は例えばポリビニル
アルコールの水−アルコール溶液を紙質層４に塗

ることによつて特に寸法精度に優れ、高精度の要

写するための被転写材はキーキヤツプ等に限定さ

く、昇華転写法によつて精度の高い転写を行うこ
とができる効果を有する。
